It was a very good hotel.
The location was good and everything was clean, and the rooftop pool had a great view even though it was not as high as the surrounding areas.
The receptionists WADG and KEN were very kind to us.
I'd like to come again.

Very well located, walking distance to all the main attractions. Breakfast starts very early so it is perfect if you need to eat early before going on a tour. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was listed that there was an indoor swimming pool,but actually there is not any, just the rooftop one.

The hotel was located equidistant from the downtown area and the airport which was wonderful. There were many amenities very close by and lovely restaurants, music bars, etc. to visit. I do, however, believe that the price of the hotel was a bit high, considering the amenities that were available. The pool was small, and highly chlorinated that it burnt the eyes and skin when swimming. The room was old and outdated, but it was clean nevertheless. The place was quiet and nobody bothered us, which was wonderful. I would recommend this place if you were not going to stay in the hotel for a long time and that’s what we mostly did - we would come back to sleep for most of it. We were outside. The spa was wonderful, we had a hot stone massage, which was excellent. The staff are very friendly and kind and they were very helpful. For example, they organize several tours for us to go on, and they were very good on communication.
Breakfast was also good, with a mix of some western food and some Vietnamese food - omelette bar was my favorite.
