Location is really good for those who going to travel to Cambodia by bus, since the bus station is near there.

Overall is good. Walking distance to everywhere. Restaurant, pharmacy, convenience shop are surrounding Just some amenities inside room is not much. It’s good choice for traveller who just need a place for sleep and stay. Reasonable price.

Sweet hotel. The shower room was very interesting but I really liked the style. It was really clean. They clean your room on demand. And they provide a mini fridge with a bunch of drinks. Location is great. And much quieter than places closer to bui vien

프런트 직원들이 친절하게 응대해줘서 불편하지 않았습니다. 방 청소는 매일하지 않고 수건과 물만 보충해 놓아서 그 부분은 개선해야 할것 같아요. 호텔 입구에 노점상인들과 오토바이로 채워져 있어서 처음엔 호텔을 찾다가 헤메기도 했어요.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel for many reasons: 1) It is budget friendly and best for solo travelers or couples. 2) It has a working elevator for any time of the day! This is a biggie as many Airbnbs charge you after 10/11 pm - 6 am or don't have an elevator at all. 3) The location is very ideal. Right outside are food vendors and shops. My room was quiet, despite it being one street away from Bui Vien, the party street. I got plenty of sleep. 4) I chose a room with a window view. I was staying for 3 weeks total. My room had plenty of sunlight, it was clean, and had some amenities (you should still bring your own as there isn't hand soap for example). If you're just staying overnight or max 2 days, you can go with a windowless room for an even cheaper option. --- *Improvements* 1) Some areas had a little dust or particles fallen from the wall or something, so I'd ensure those are neater. 2) Provide sufficient amenities for the room (hand soap is the biggest one). --- *Other good things* 1) Water dispenser on the lobby floor so you can refill anytime! 2) Receptionists speak English, too. They're very nice and I enjoyed their service. 3) No, you don't need to leave the keys at the front desk each time you leave like it says on the signs.

Quite surprised that the price was cheaper than I had expected. My room was without windows but not too small, really clean n had a great smell (I used to visited many rooms without windows in other hotels n hated the typically fusty). Like!!!

They did a dirty thing. They broke the golden rule of hotels. I go to see my room refore I pay and it all seems OK. Later I turn the bed covers back and there are hairs in the bed. DISGUSTING. Black hair about 4 inches long. I hadn't been in the bed and I have short grey hair anyway. So what they had done is NOT CHANGED THE SHEETS OR PILLOW CASES. They had just made the bed and strightened it up. I went down stairs to complain and they said "you looked at the room and said it was OK" !!! I had to demand they changed the linen and I stood there and watched then do it. DO NOT STAY HERE.
