To all Japanese people
To everyone around the world
Even if it's cheap, you should definitely not choose this hotel.
First of all, you can't get there.
You can only arrive after wandering around narrow, dark, maze-like streets and asking locals for directions. It's impossible to find it on your own, even with Google Maps.
Also, it's unmanned. There are no staff on-site.
You have to find out the PIN code in advance somehow, open the door, and take the key from the key box in front of the room. There was no information about this until you arrived.
You will end up wasting money on an international call to the support center.
As a result, a staff member came and I was able to check in, but I've already lost a lot of precious travel time up to this point.
The room is acceptable considering the price.
However, I'm stressed by the warped desk, dirty kitchen, trash left by the previous guest, and the many mosquitoes.
Finally, at 8:30 in the morning, the entrance door was knocked on many times, disturbing my sleep.
When I reluctantly left the room, there was a male staff member who said he had come to change the battery in the autolock key.
Do I have to wake up the other guests in the morning?
I requested a refund but it was not accepted.
Please do not choose this hotel for the sake of your trip.
I have stayed in guesthouses and hostels all over the world but this is the first time I have experienced such an uncomfortable room.
I still strongly request a refund.
