Wow, what a fantastic stay at Somerset Feliz. Absolutely amazing service from the security guards, maids, receptionist and all staff. Very clean, modern and quiet. There was everything we needed; iron, toiletries, toaster, hairdryer and fresh water etc. The pool area was outstanding. Short, cheap taxi (Grab) into district 1 and lots of shops/cafes/supermarkets nearby the apartments. We are looking forward to returning within the next few months already.

Somerset has worked very hard to make my stay pleasant. The receptionist were very king and I loved their friendliness and efforts to accommodate my needs. The amenities are superb and I guess the only thing that they can improve on is the availability of media share or Netflix for the TV for their guests to have the best experience 🎉🥳 Chuc Mung Nam Moi

This is our first visit to Vietnam. We are extremely impressed by the hospitality service at Somerset Feliz HCM. Everything is perfect, and we have no complaints. We will definitely come again in the future. 🙏

Worth staying for families for long trips if you are driving - if not district 1 will still be the best location for first time travellers due to it’s close proximity to tourist attractions and nightlifes.

Nice and clean apartment. Staff were friendly. It's about 20 to 30 mins car ride to the city centre. Starbucks downstairs and convenient stores across the street.

It was annoying to come down from the reception to get permission to use the pool.

All the services is good.
Location is a little bit far from the Main Street.

Rock hard beds! Literally the hardest bed have ever experienced. Kids facilities were ok. No air conditioning in play room, so very hot. Kids waterslide is fun, but strangely completely seperate from main pool, on a different tier, so not able to swim in main pool while watching kids enjoy waterslide.
Location is fair way out from centre of HCMC but two supermarkets within 2 min walk, and a 24hr convenience store across road. Starbucks next to lobby, but doesn’t open until 7am. Little strip of restaurants directly across road.
All in all we liked this place. Would have been nice to provide seperate pool towels, as we used ours and were left with none to shower with.
Note that this is a building with many permanent residents, so you feel that you are living with HCM locals, kids going off to school in elevators every morning.
Last gripe, stench of toilet in elevator area on ground floor is horrific
