Nice place, good price. Pool under half roof, good location and nice staff. The small rooms are small, but there are windows and it doesn't feel small.

Location: Great location for sightseeing, but it was near the busy Bui Vien Street, so I couldn't get a good night's sleep. Noisy until morning.
Room: Old and not very clean, but worth the price.
Pool: Located on the rooftop with a nice view. You can see the night view and drink beer freely by the pool.

The reception at the front desk was poor, one of the elevators was broken, and the one that worked was in disrepair.
The bed sheets in the room were dirty and damp. The bathroom window doesn't close and it's dirty, and the amenities are poor.
There is garbage floating in the pool on the top floor, so I don't feel like swimming.
Even if I set the air conditioner temperature to 18℃, it didn't get cool, and it was actually cooler outside! The staff who don't respond to complaints are the worst.
The location is good, but nothing else is good.
I won't stay there next time.
