Really nice and clean Japanese hotel, staff are helpful. The breakfast has limited options but everything you need is there. Nice and thoughtful amenities counter. I only have one gripe, where I left the room from 10+am to 2pm and came back to rest but it wasn't cleaned yet... maybe you have to alert the staff for room cleaning.

The hotel location is quiet but within 15-20 mins walk to famous landmarks. It is just around the corner from Miu Miu Spa where u can hv great massages at reasonable prices. The hotel room is very clean n new with all the modern conveniences within reach. The amenities provided are so practical n of good quality. Breakfast consists of yumny Japanese, Vietnamese n international options. The service staff at all fronts are polite, efficient and professional. At this price point, there is nothing to fault about the hotel. Highly recommended hotel whether you are on business or holiday.

Good location, walking distance to most of the tourist spot, breakfast is served with Japanese food, only one thought is the bed is too soft.

The deluxe big room is nice to me and environment is good too. Hope to visit VN next time soon and pick this hotel again in the future. Thank you!

Surrounded by eateries and spa shops. In the heart of Japanese town, good location. Staff of the hotel were helpful and polite. Would recommend friends to stay here.

Very clean and new hotel

All, I really mean all the staffs are super friendly and helpful. They recommend the best restaurants, best money exchange shop and best shows in town to make my trip list memorable. Room is clean with best TV channels. Location is another good thing about this hotel, all attractions are within 30 mins walk radius.

The best choice I have ever had in Saigon! Very reasonable price, great location, impressive services, and completed all necessities e.g. gym, swimming pool, facial mask, luggage locker! It only takes short walk to centre of city and miu miu spa 😆😆 will definitely book it again if i visit HCMC!

Room clean and comfortable, service are good. Many restaurants nearby and few mins can walk to city center.

Aircon is not cold enough tried to adjust but still hot , room is too small but overall hotel is quite new and near by many shop and food stalls

Service is good. Just like in Japan. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. No vending machine. Breakfast has some Japanese and western varieties. Food are served hot but fish are overcooked. Oven for the bread can be better with upper and lower heater for better toast. The butter for the bread is good. There is a free locker to store luggage upon check out.

Excellent location, newly built infrastructure but clearly not meant for HCMC. The rooms are small, lack a proper cupboard, essentially designed to replicate Japanese hotels since it’s a JP brand but its prices are extremely high for the value that you get in VN. In the same price one could get much better experience.
