Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. They help carry me and my mum luggage to the room and always checking if I need anything. The room size is decent. I was in the sixth floor of the building it was very quite at night. I typically very sensitive to noise but I can sleep peacefully here. The breakfast is good they have rice noodle, fruit, yoghurt offer everyday. The city bus tour stop is located right in-front of the hotel. I have a pleasant stay here and will definitely come back again.

The hotel's location is great, and the chubby guy at the front desk in the evening was really enthusiastic and provided excellent service, even offering to help us with our luggage. However, the facilities are quite subpar, more like a basic guesthouse in China. The air conditioning felt ancient, and the bed sheets had holes in them.

Really good, the view is fantastic. I stayed here for a few days with my business partners during a trade show in Vietnam, and it was a great experience. Breakfast was included, making it good value for money.

Just another budget hotel in the Pham Ngu Lao area.
Bed and pillow is not even hotel standard, guess is what you get for what you paid for in HCM city.
Shower head is broken, inform reception... Still nothing is done, water kept leaking from the shower head, hence not much pressure for bathing.
Staff are not so friendly.
Overall just an average hotel.
