Overcharging, the order payment includes service fees and other fees, and they will be charged again when you arrive at the hotel

The front desk was very kind, and for those of us who didn't understand the language, it was very helpful to make a reservation by fax, such as the location of the PCR test. I was able to play that much.

We went to Halo Spa, to have 90 minutes body massage for my wife and myself. They charged upfront (i never had that in Vietnam), but the prize was ok (1.090.000 VND incl. 50.000 for payment with credit card). Staff was friendly, poor English skills though and massagists didn't even introduce themselves. We were in a super tiny room and had massage beds next to each other. The girls kept talking for 10 minutes. And then again and again throughout the massage. There was chill music but the talking was annoying. They always went away for a moment for no obvious reason. And even changed my wife's massagist at one point. The air condition and fan were just over the beds and it was freezing. They eventually switched of the fan. In the end they showed us a paper with the different rates for the tip. No feedback form was handed out at the end as we had in Hanoi. We definitely cannot recommend this place.
