Looking to book a hotel in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City? Have a look at A&Em Art Hotel!
It's really clean and spacious. Most importantly, the bed is superbly comfortable, which is what you need after a long day out in the city.
The included breakfast is good, so don't forget to get a quick bite before adventuring outside.
Lastly the staff are really friendly and can speak English. Front desk and bellboy are always at the ready to assist whenever needed and always greet you with a smile.

Location is central, near to all tourist spot. However it is also near the main road, so it is very noisy in the day time from 6am.
It would be better if the air-conditioning worked during the first day, despite calling them twice to look into it, it was not resolved. Leading to heavy perspiration during the first night.
The second night was good, maybe before I got them to look at it while I was out.

Location is good.
However, there were no chairs available and the 2 of the power socket was not working.
In addition, there was no proper workdesk with power plug to work with a laptop.
Other than that were fine.

The elevator is small. It is inconvenient to go to the small door next door and go down the steps to get in and out. It is recommended to mark whether it faces the road or the lane when booking. The rooms in the front of the road are brighter. The rooms in the back facing the lane sometimes smell like restaurant food.
