NOT the best hotel if you need space and comfort, but it makes up with its Super location, cannot get better. % to 10 mins walk from what ever you need to see/ Go/ whatever. Breakfast is average, nothing that you'd go back for. Pateience is what you need, especially when communicating, but that again, applies mostly all over Vietnam. GET your milk, if you need it, its not available in the room.

I have given this hotel a very favourable review because it simply provided exactly what we expected. When we went to Vietnam, we didn’t plan to spend a long time in the hotel, rather just a place to sleep, and therefore, don’t believe in paying for an expensive hotel. Although the stairway leading to the entrance is steep, and the lift is absolutely tiny, the room was sufficient for the price. They had a massage place in the lobby but no restaurant or other amenities. There is a bar/restaurant located on either side of the hotel and a small local eatery (small stools and tables outside) opposite, which smells absolutely divine. Very convenient for transport and probably close to some places you will be visiting. Overall, it is simply goos value for money.

The hotel is in District 1 and the location is super good. Boutiques and currency exchangers are just around the corner (walk for two minutes). It takes 15 minutes to walk to Bincheng Market (Ben Thanh Market), or spend 10,000 VND (0.6 US dollars) by car. When booking, we asked for a signed suite and a quiet room. One of my family was lucky to upgrade the room to a family suite, so big that you can't believe it. The room on the 3rd floor was not too noisy. There was a smell of smoke in the room (we want a non-smoking room), and the air conditioner didn't taste that big when it was turned on. The bathroom was nice, a bit small, but beautifully furnished. Breakfast is delicious. But if you only eat Jewish food or halal food, pay attention to pork.

Pros: -The rooms are very generous sizes, even compared to our of city rooms -The rooms are relatively modern and have comfortable chairs and a desk chair, plenty of seating options -The room with a river view has a decent view of the river (partial though) -the rooms were clean -the people working at the hotel were polite and friendly. -the shower head had excellent pressure Cons: On check in I was advised my room did not have a window and was kindly upgraded for free to one with a window that looked onto two other walls and a section that was predominantly boarded up. Given the layout of the building, I estimate at least a third of the rooms are like this. While I appreciated this kindness, outside the window was mostly dark, and had have I been informed from the start (as other hotels in the area do) I would have chosen somewhere with an actual window. I ended up moving to a room with a window that looked outside at an extra cost (500k VND more for the night). I feel this lacked transparency and that I was a little duped into the situation by those managing the advertisement. Asia rugby centre point is 3 properties down, similar pricing and much more transparent about window options. From the outside it looked a little better. The furniture was cheap and although I am just one person and not large I was surprised at how much the bed moved when I got on/off it. The TV did not always register channel changes with the remote or buttons on the TV, but would allow them to be entered manually on the remote (i.e. inputting the numbers rather than up/down).

Although the hotel itself is quite dated, and deco is not so modern, overall stay is present and nice. Breakfast is good and staffs ate friendly. For holiday travellers location counted most, this hotel offers easy and close access to all city center tourist spots.

Pleased with my stay even though i got the lowest floor and couldn’t enjoy good views of the river. The room was decently sized and clean. Air conditioning & water heater worked very well too. Even though the traffic’s always very busy outside, the sound is negligible from the 5th floor. Location wise was pretty central as I walked to many restaurants.

The location of the hotel is good, close to many cafes (as well as halal restaurants), coffee shops, spas, ATMs, shopping malls, clothing stores, currency exchange offices and the river bank (Saigon River). The room was just as advertised and we even got an upgrade the next night. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, the hotel can book Saigon tours at a reasonable price and the tour agents are very reliable. It's easy to get a taxi here, and it can take you around the city at any time, or to the famous tourist attractions in Saigon. For me this hotel is great! Very recommended.

Stayed for 3 nights. Location wise, it's pretty good as it's just a couple minutes walk from some of the bigger malls. Convenience store opposite the road and some nice restaurants just outside. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated but some visible wear and tear (e.g. floor boards). The bathtub in the room felt a little brittle creaking as you step on it. Because it isn't sealed to the wall, the floor gets pretty wet after a shower. The jacuzzi pool didn't look the cleanest and the chemicals in the water caused me to tear quite badly. Breakfast has a decent spread and staff overall pretty friendly! Will consider staying again!

It is difficult to imagine this hotel was once three star quality. Frankly, it’s hard to believe this hotel could legitimately earn one star. The promotional photographs provided on various booking websites and the property’s website are simply not accurate. According to the hotel, they are for “illustration purposes” and are not actual hotel rooms in this hotel. I paid for an upgraded superior deluxe room and the pictures speak for themselves. My room was neither superior, nor deluxe. Dingy, old, rundown, Blank walls, thin, worn mattress, moldy bathroom fixtures, worn out carpet, non-functional light switches, and I could go on. From a practical standpoint, there are no power outlets near the bed - I had to charge my phone in the bathroom where one of the two power outlets was broken. This hotel’s best days are behind it. Many rooms here have no windows, which is why I upgraded to a Superior Deluxe, which has a window but only in the technical sense. Mine has a window that looks out into darkness. See the picture below taken at mid-day. No light whatsoever. Just a physical window. The room obviously used to be a smoking room. Smoking is no longer permitted but my room as well as the corridor do have the odor of stale cigarette smoke. The cigarette burns on the furniture remain evident. My advice is to choose a bite that has a well-established reputation. There are many with comparable prices. I hope my review can save at least one traveler from the great disappointment that would otherwise await them at Bong Sen.

I leave my bag with all my important staff including passport in the sleeper bus when travel to Ho chin minth, the staff is kind enough to help me check with the sleeper bus company. This price, this location, this configuration, nothing to say! I specially chose the newly renovated one. The room is very new and clean. It also has a balcony. There are five-star hotels nearby. It is very comfortable to sit on the balcony and drink a cup of coffee. It’s also convenient to move around, and you can take an injection anywhere.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Hotel in Saigon on June 7th 2024, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel's prime location, luxurious amenities, and impeccable service made my stay truly memorable. ***Accommodations: The room was spacious, modern, and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view of the city from my window was stunning. The bathroom was well-equipped with high-quality toiletries, and the rainfall shower was a delightful touch. ***Dining: The hotel's dining options were fantastic. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, catering to all tastes. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and the local Vietnamese cuisine options. ***Amenities: The amenities at the Hilton Hotel Saigon were top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the swimming pool was an oasis of relaxation along with a gorgeous city view. ***Service: The service at this hotel was impeccable. The MYST is a cool hotel that is a little run down. The first night I was in a room that raced the river and the noise from cars and motorcycles was extremely loud bc the windows were not soundproof. The hotel moved me to a higher room and against the back of the building and I slept much better. It did feel like they were hesitant to move me, but they did. I’m not sure I would stay at this hotel again. I think I would try another one before I returned.
