Full marks! The reception service and room environment are very good. There are snack shops and supermarkets downstairs. It is also very close to Pham Ngu Lao Street, making it easy to go out and play. The staff can also communicate in Chinese, and communication is barrier-free throughout the process. This time, thanks to the staff, the things I left behind in the apartment were found. Big thumbs up!

The location is old the hotel need some much needed improvement I requested a quiet room far from elevator and they put me on the nearest 😅the hotel Chinese restaurant is local and I recommend a must try. The staffs are average and I totally stayed four nights and didn’t get much sleep coz the door closing aren’t nearing quiet mode and the pushing cleaning lolly and ladies speaking loudly at the hallway weren’t helping …. So I cut short of total six nights to four and had to argue for few hours to get what I wanted….

Being on the walking street every motel will be loud of a night time however it is perfect if you are looking for a taste of the night life. My room was clean and beds were very comfortable so even on the night I chose not to go out, the comfy bed made it easy to sleep even with the bass of the music thumping. The staff are helpful. I would definitely come back and stay again.

This hotel room blew me away! Impeccably clean, it felt like a cozy haven. The shower was a spa-level experience – hot water on demand, fantastic pressure. Everything was in top-notch condition, making my stay incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend for a delightful and rejuvenating getaway! 👏

Amazing location, everything is nearby. Check in and check out were smooth and staff very helpful. Obviously an older hotel but the rooms are spacious and very clean. Roof top pool is a life saver in the summer heat - just wish they didn’t close it at 7pm.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view of the city from my window was stunning. The bathroom was well-equipped with high-quality toiletries, and the rainfall shower was a delightful touch. ***Dining: The hotel's dining options were fantastic. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, catering to all tastes. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and the local Vietnamese cuisine options. ***Amenities: The amenities at the Hilton Hotel Saigon were top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the swimming pool was an oasis of relaxation along with a gorgeous city view. ***Service: The service at this hotel was impeccable. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any request. I would like to extend a special thanks to the concierge team, including Hoàng, Phúc, Quyền, Thọ, Tuấn, Quang, and Mr.Kiên (Cheif Conceeirge). Their recommendations for local attractions, dining options, and transportation were invaluable. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. In conclusion, the Hilton Hotel Saigon exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Saigon for business or leisure. As “luxurious” as it looks its not. Check in took about 45 minutes. As someone who works in the hospitality industry my hotel & many hotels I’ve stayed at have a check in and check out separate line. It was even more disappointing to wait in line to be told to wait when they should have the extra bell men who are waiting around to tell the guest to wait in the lobby instead of waiting in the long line. The receptionist I had didn’t ask how I was no warm greeting she just asked for my passport. It’s already giving me a sour taste. Get to my room it was very clean, the room has some neat tech features I thought were so cool. The room & the roof top pool is the only positive thing I have to say that pool is incredible. I wouldn’t recommend staying on the weekend way too many families with kids & the music is so loud. You can’t really enjoy the pool without kids being loud and peeing in the pool. The food was ok. To be honest if they have a facility day pass I’d do that unless the manager decides to have a meeting with the team to be better to never tell a guess “no” and separate check in lines. Tony and Hannah was awesome during the stay! I’ve had enjoyed their breakfast, how welcoming they are and most importantly Tony cooks great scrambled eggs! 🤣 The hotel is extremely clean, house keeping was constantly given. Wide variety of breakfast with juice and water, vending machines which can solve your needs and you could even clean your laundry with their laundromat here. Payments are easy using your room card and no need to carry cash around.

I use this place to stay in when I need to be close to the airport. It's clean, conveniently located and staffed with friendly, helpful people. It's also very cheap while remaining salubrious. Th efacilities rating is a 5/5 based on the price you pay.

Good location accessible to airport. Room is clean and spacious. I was assigned to top floor where elevator can’t reach so the staff need to carry my luggage. But staff are kind and helpful. I just don’t like the smell of the toilet. The drainage system is poor. I can’t breath while taking shower due to strong peep smell
