Overnachting op een goede locatie, bij attente en lieve mensen. Zijn behulpzaam en komen graag een praatje met je maken. Engels is beperkt, maar samen kom je er wel uit. Ze hebben een bus voor ons geregeld naar de volgende bestemming, gaven ons een pakketje met eten en drinken voor onderweg en liepen met ons mee om een goede plek in de bus te vinden. Aanrader!

I chose this accommodation because it had a pool and it was right in the centre. This has been our best accommodation in Vietnam so far. There are only six rooms , with bikes to hire which are very cheap. The rooms are big with air con, beds are so comfortable and huge and all rooms have a veranda with tables and chairs. Loan the owner, cooked us a lovely breakfast each day and we felt like part of the family. You literally walk across the road to the boat cruise but yet the accommodation is so peaceful. Wish we could have stayed for longer! I highly recommend this home from home in Ninh Binh!

Location was great, right in the center of Tam Coc but very quiet, I read some comments about the karaoke bus operating late at night but now that problem is gone and stopped operating so here it is very quiet at night. Loan was really helpful with organizing transport and recommending activities, and she organized breakfast for our early morning bus. Great breakfast menu every morning. On-site laundry service. Cheap and convenient bike rental.

We stayed in top floor ensuite double room with lovely balcony which overlooked the pool on one side and mountains on the other. Very clean, air con, free WiFi, bathroom toiletries provided. Balcony was a little suntrap in the day and nice to sit out on at night too. We had breakfast included, which is choosing one item from the menu, typical of homestays. The host and her family were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area etc. We hired bicycles from them for a day at a very good price and explored lovely local villages, caves and mountains. The homestay is literally 30 seconds from the lake, restaurants and bars but no problem with noise.

Super comfortable bed, large room with balcony, super clean swimming pool, location right in the center of Tam Coc, close to attractions and restaurants, we highly recommend this place, made our stay a memorable so great

The location is right in the center, very convenient for moving to local attractions and restaurants, we easily rented a good motorbike here, the swimming pool is nice and clean, we are very impressed this place, very wonderful stay, highly recommend

We had a great stay here, the location is convenient close to local restaurants, we can easily rent motorbikes and bicycles here for a good price, the staff here are extremely friendly , they helped us organize the tour and book the sleeper bus easily and cheaply, highly recommend this place, will definitely come back here again!

Phòng đẹp, có bản công, bể bơi siêu xinh, đồ ăn ngon, có một trải nghiệm lý tưởng tại nơi đây, gần ngày trung tâm Tâm Cốc, có thuê xe đạp và xe máy tại đây để đi đến các điểm rất dễ dàng, đi khoảng 20m đến ngày bến đò Tâm Cốc để mua vé tham quan.

Fantastic place! Room was lovely and cleaned shower was hot, breakfast was good! And our hosts were amazing! A very helpful lady gave us lots of information about stuff to do and also helped us book our bus to Hue when we left! Would 100% recommend!
