The owners of this homestay, Tommy and Lily are aome of the nicest people you will ever meet.
The homestay itself is clean, quiet and in a very central location. Comfortable bed and strong AC. Well priced and recommended.

What a wonderful homestay; it feels like home! The room was perfect: big enough, clean, with a great view and a balcony. And the bathroom has a separated shower (you don't wet all the ground when having a shower).Moreover (and maybe the most important), the owners are very welcoming and helpful (and they cook delicious breakfast!).

Very positive experience. The manager and his wife are lovely. Ready to help you with any need. He was very helpful in planning our trip, giving us advice and he thought about booking our transfers to continue our vacation.
Even though check in was at 2 pm he was ready to prepare a room for us already at 6 am after offering us a coffee and a fresh juice, with a small surcharge we were able to settle in and rest well. The rooms are clean and very spacious. The bathroom perfect! Highly recommended.

A wonderful family-run cozy hotel owned by a nice Vietnamese couple, Tommy and Lily. They speak fluent English, are very hospitable and do everything for the convenience of their guests. Tommy gave us a map of the sights, where he described how long it would take to visit each of them, advised where to eat and where to rent a bike. Breakfast could be chosen in advance in the evening from the menu from the proposed list, the breakfast was delicious and filling, the coffee was delicious. We also had a separate request for a transfer to Da Nang the next day and Tommy found us a bus, booked seats for us and even took us to the bus station when the bus arrived! Simply the highest degree of care for guests!!!))) thank you very much Tommy and Lily for such a pleasant stay in Ninh Binh!

Tommy the host is a wonderful man, he’s honest and humble and genuinely wants to help you. He waited for us at 04:00 am when we arrived from the sleeper bus and allowed us to check in early with a small charge. The rooms are clean and tidy with excellent aircon, which is important in the hot climate of tam coc. All the room facilities were in great condition, and we even had a balcony. Breakfast was a regular breakfast for cheap hotels in Vietnam. Tommy and his wife really made us feel at home, answered every question we had with great English and a smile, I would definitely recommend! Oh, and they have express laundry service as well!

The best place to stay for first time visitors to the area. As a boutique hotel it is great; comfortable and perfectly located and with a lovely breakfast. We took some of Tommy’s excellent tours and it made sense to stay here, but everything was even better than we imagined. Tommy made our plans stress free and his suggestions were perfect, from restaurant reservations to advice about onward travel.
