For paying 350 a day in average including fees is not worthy for this property at all. Two things are the worst among all weaknesses of an old property: the host is unprofessional, unhelpful, and rude. When you have needs he doesn’t want to help, he simply kicks you out without thinking clients position. The second point is there is only hot water in the morning and evening according to him. The description of property allows three people to sleep, it is true only when only one person showers with hot water and not too long, the rest can expect cold showers. The owner needs to update water heater.

The host communicated well and was available to answer questions. The property was very clean, neat and in a great location. The amenities and extras like coffee, filtered water, bath accessories, and hair dryer were appreciated. I would definitely stay there again.

AJ is the best host. Communicated everything clearly and was amazingly accommodating and helpful. Apartment was clean and in a great neighborhood with a ton of restaurants within very close walking distance. We loved our stay!!
