飯店人員親切，入住說明很清楚，服務很好，還能幫忙代買新天鵝堡的門票，飯店整體很優雅，裝潢精美，且很乾淨，早餐也很豐盛好吃，重點是飯店位置超棒，很好的住宿體驗，非常推薦
唯一美中不足的是房間有點熱，雖然有附電風扇但還是稍熱

酒店的位置是王牌中的王牌，正面是高天鵝堡，回頭看就是新天鵝堡。從窗外往下看就是上天鵝堡的馬車。走幾步就可以到阿爾卑斯湖。
十分古老的酒店，但是有電梯，也有淋浴，沒有空調，但是有風扇。德國開個窗睡覺還挺冷的。酒店本身很舒服，早餐是解釋的。東西不多，都是小肉片。服務員雖然不是德國當地人，但也非常熱情。
帶小孩入住一定要提前聯繫酒店確認房間訊息，否則前台服務員會非常詫異。
帶小朋友玩天鵝堡，強烈推薦這家酒店，免去了舟車勞頓，山上Hiking結束就可以進房間休息。
