After staying for a few days, I would like to share some of my feelings. Special features: 1. In addition to tea, wet wipes were also given when checking in. 2. Mineral water was placed at the entrance of the hotel elevator for guests to take freely (very suitable for people who like to drink water) 3. The most satisfying thing for me is that in other hotels, it is always self-service laundry: this hotel has free laundry + drying services. Call the room number and the staff will come to collect the clothes. It is very considerate for family tour groups! 4. The guy in the parking lot is very polite. He will help open the door and hand over two bottles of water. Of course, the service of the lady at the front desk and the room staff is also very good! 5. I frequently order takeout and find that the delivery staff in Inner Mongolia are very polite, not in a hurry to speak, and have a good attitude! Suggestions: 1. Southerners really feel too dry when they come to Inner Mongolia! It’s a bit uncomfortable to stay in the room for a long time. It is recommended to add a humidifier. 2. The room I stayed in is close to the high-speed railway bridge. When the child felt stuffy and wanted to open the window for ventilation before going to bed, the noise outside was too loud and he couldn’t sleep at all. 3. The sidewalk downstairs was under construction. They started drilling the floor at around 7am one morning, which was a bit noisy.

The hotel is located in the city center, close to the commercial street, shopping malls, and tourist attractions. There is a subway entrance that goes straight to the East Station Airport, which takes half an hour to get there. It is very convenient. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Kuanxiangzi. It is very close. The room is clean and hygienic, with good lighting and a good environment. The stay is comfortable. The front desk service attitude is very good, with a smile on their faces, helping guests patiently answer their questions. The hotel has free parking and a free buffet breakfast on the first floor. The breakfast is rich and good. It is worth recommending. I will come back next time

It's an apartment in an office building, or similar to an apartment. The sanitary services and supporting facilities are quite good, but the lack of air conditioning in the summer is fatal! I woke up from the heat in the middle of the night. The indoor temperature was already 26 degrees. I ordered 20! Let’s just say that Inner Mongolia is quite cool, but it is summer after all. Especially I am afraid of the heat. Also, the room smells a bit damp. I originally booked for two nights, but I quickly checked out and changed the place the next day. I couldn’t help it, I was really afraid of the heat... I have to say that the skewers stall downstairs at night is so delicious, haha

Stayed here for 6 nights while exploring Hohhot and surrounding area and had a great experience. The location is ideal - very close to the centre and metro stations. The room is very modern, the bed is comfortable, the shower hot etc. had breakfast on one of the mornings, which was fine - standard for this kind of hotel. We had a room facing away from the main road, which was nice and quiet. The maid service was a bit inconsistent - they replaced the towels every day (though the fresh towels often had a strange smell) and made the bed, but they wouldn’t clean the room. We often found empty bottles and other trash left behind. They also forgot to replace the shower mat, coffee and other things from time to time.

I loved your service and comfort it really good. I stayed with my kids and pool playground it was great. The pool and sauna was so clean. The room cleaning was excellent and it gave us so much comfort. I want to say thanks for 2 women from room service that came in may 3rd. lt was really nice for staying in your hotel.

Booked this room when I went to watch a concert at Hohhot Stadium. It's about 10 minutes' walk away, so it's quite convenient to enter and leave the venue. The corner room with city view has a view of the racecourse and stadium next to it! For takeout, you can order the famous mutton Shaomai nearby, which is also delivered by a robot~

There is a subway station downstairs of the hotel, and the Airport Line 1 goes directly to it. The parent-child room is large, clean and tidy, very cost-effective, and the room is very quiet! On the first day, the front desk girl in charge of reception was very gentle and took the initiative to suggest how to save more room fees, hahaha~ The breakfast is also rich and clean~ The only pit to avoid is that the air conditioning in the 1815 parent-child room where I stayed was a bit weak, and it didn't seem to improve after the inspection. Fortunately, it's not too hot recently, but it's more than 20 degrees outside, and the indoor body will still feel hotter... I hope it can be properly inspected. It is recommended to add some hooks in the wash and bathroom, as it is not very convenient to hang towels. I stayed for a total of three days without moving. Overall, it is highly recommended!

This hotel can be very hit & miss. I have stayed here 3 times and had 3 different experiences. First things first, though, it is worth pointing out that location is excellent, especially for its price, and staff are always very friendly, and often have a decent level of English, as well as Mandarin & Mongolian (almost every guest I ever see here speaks Mongolian). My first stay here, I had no complaints. The room was clean, comfortable, & spacious. An excellent room at its price, if just slightly dated. My next stay was totally different. I was told upon checking in that my room didn't have a shower but I could move the next day. Not ideal after a day of travelling but I was tired so accepted it and went to bed. The next evening, I returned to the hotel & was told I still couldn't move, & had to wait another day (the day I was checking out). I managed to convince staff to let me move eventually as I really needed a shower, & there was a room available - so why couldn't I just be there in the first place? My third and final stay was also disappointing, though not as bad as the second. Upon checking in, there was a huge group who had checked in just before me - not ideal, but little you can do. But only one elevator was working, and would only hold around 3 or 4 people at a time. So it genuinely took almost half an hour to get to my room. Then, for some reason, the elevator call button on my floor didn't work. Fortunately I found a staff elevator that took me out the back exit and had to use this for the rest of my stay - but that somewhat reduced the convenience of the location. All in all, while I appreciate the price and location here, I have started using other hotels when I visit Hohhot now.

Very good. The young lady and the male staff the day before yesterday were very honest and kind, with good service and smiling all the time. The children liked it so much that they always wanted to renew. Unfortunately, there was no room. The room decoration was very good, clean and hygienic, and the disposable supplies were neat and clean. Comfortable, quiet, good location, will stay again in the future
