Albert Liu熱心周到，第一次出差來呼和浩特，對於路線區位不熟悉，Albert Liu第一時間幫助做好攻略，並附上美食地圖，讓人在差旅途中感到安心，酒店的SPA也非常方便，一週差旅結束，在Albert Liu到幫助下預約到了SPA的黃金時段，掃去疲憊回家！再次感謝

品牌酒店，就是設施有些老舊了，不過服務非常到位，特別是Albert Liu先生，服務熱情周到，無微不至，因為這份服務，下次還會再來。

The service was excellent, and the housekeepers Zack Wen and Mia Chen were very considerate. Although we arrived late, they patiently waited for us to check in, and prepared snacks and welcome cards in the room.

The hotel has convenient transportation, complete facilities and equipment, a good environment, and is very clean. Especially Albert Liu, the service is first-class and very good. He called us before we checked in and asked about our room preferences. When we arrived at the hotel, he was waiting for us in the lobby, and he was very considerate to help us with our luggage, and gave small gifts to the children. He also introduced us to the various business areas of the hotel and the surrounding food in detail. Thank you very much, I will stay here again next time.

這次來呼和浩特旅遊，為了穩妥，選擇了咱們大品牌喜來登酒店入住，酒店整體服務非常好，尤其是服務經理Albert Liu的服務超乎預期，不僅貼心的給孩子準備了小禮物，還熱心得介紹了周邊好吃的，好玩的，以及一系列的注意事項，特別感謝。 酒店交通便利，設施設備完善，環境很好，衞生打掃的很乾凈。服務一流特別好，下次還會繼續入住。

設施：酒店開業時間挺長了，設施施備維護還可以 衞生：衞生整體不錯，打掃衞生也很及時 環境：環境不錯，酒店給安排了高樓層房間，可以清楚的看到大青山。 服務：服務很好，感謝前台Allen，讓人感受到了內蒙古人的熱情。

albert經理人很熱情也很細心，提前就給寶貝準備了禮物，地方也挺方便
