Horrible in one word! This is for International tourists! It's a joke with zero English speaking staff!

This Hotel has zero English speaking staff. We paid for breakfast when we booked. It took us more than half hour to explain. I showed them the booking as well. They are too miserable to give bottled water. Smell of cigarettes everywhere. No coffee or tea at breakfast not even water. Horrible! This hotel is not for foreigners. They have potential but they have to go a long way! Some Staff were showing attitude, not sure they are shy or afraid to speak in English! I will never recommend.

The room was great, very clean and comfortable. However there was no breakfast or dinner available (I think they only open it for corporate events). Also I was told at the last minute that the check out was at 12 and not 2pm. It's a shame as I chose this hotel for the late checkout. It's located right next to the metro but a bit far from the city centre

It's really close to the subway station, right outside the door, and the transportation is very convenient. Came here to watch the Phoenix Legend concert, the subway goes directly to the venue, and it's also very close to the mall, only one stop away. The overall environment is good, clean and tidy. I booked a family room with my friends for a total of three people, and the price-performance ratio is full

I was very happy to transfer to Baoerhan Tower with my family. The location of the hotel is easy to find, there is a subway at the door, the hotel is facing the street, the room is spacious, the service is very good, it is quite comfortable

The room is in a good location, the hotel is very clean, the breakfast is very unique, the hotel's exterior image is very grand, it is generally good and worth recommending to everyone. It is not far from the train station and has convenient transportation.

The room is spacious but really dirty; the uniform at the front desk is elegant, but after the service, it still feels like a hotel, and the clothes don't match well, which shows that clothes don't play a big role; please see the picture for the sanitary environment, the hotel-level feeling is very specific. So I stayed here based on the high scores, and the score gap is broken.

The room is big and close to the subway station. You can get there by taking Line 2 from the high-speed rail station! I was hungry at night! The staff pointed to a direction next to it, where there were a lot of snacks! The service was great!

Everything is average. There is a smell of dirty carpet at the entrance, the water flow in the bathroom is sometimes strong and sometimes weak, and the shower head is very old. I will not consider this hotel again at this price in Hohhot. The only advantage is that there is a subway downstairs.

The service staff could not find the order from Ctrip and said that we did not book a room. I don't know if it was Ctrip's problem or the hotel's problem. Anyway, I waited for a long time, which made me feel that the experience was not good.

When I was taking a shower at around 10 o'clock in the evening, I found that the shower head was broken and could not be used. I didn't understand why I didn't find it in advance, check it, and replace it after contacting the front desk. When I entered the shower room again to take a shower, I found that the two small bottles were shampoo, and there was no shower gel, so I just rinsed it casually. The next morning, I took the elevator with my child in my arms, and hurried back to the room to get something. There was a receptionist at the elevator entrance. There were other guests entering the elevator, and it was only two or three steps away. I thought he would help me press the button and wait for me for two seconds, but he just looked at me and watched the elevator leave. I pressed the elevator button myself and waited for several minutes with my child in my arms. After this trip, I have no good impression of this hotel.

Came to Hohhot and stayed here for two days. Overall, I felt good. The Water Park subway station is right at the door, but I didn't see the water park. The check-in speed at the front desk was a bit slow.

To be honest, the room was ok, except for the small bathroom and dirty carpet. I think the room was ok. But I can't imagine the hotel front desk service, it was so loud, it felt like we were paying for it. The worst front desk staff in Hohhot!
