The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Although they didn’t speak English, they went out of their way to accommodate us. This hotel is centrally located and close to many tourist sites. It’s easy to find and within walking distance of many restaurants, pharmacies, and the Wanda Plaza. The room is basic and has no frills. But, it suited us because we just slept there and explored during the day.

The hotel is good for the price. The staff was excellent and helped us to book a tour for inner mongolia.

This is the most satisfying hotel I have stayed in Inner Mongolia, bar none. The location is easy to find, just opposite the Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Hall, with free parking. Everyone in the hotel, whether at the front desk or on the floor, is very warm and polite, and responsive. It is very convenient to eat around, with a variety of delicious food, steamed buns, mutton offal, ice-cooked lamb, copper pot hot pot and local specialties, all delicious. I left without feeling full. I was supposed to check out at 14:00, but they extended my time for free. I highly recommend it
