I highly advise against booking this place!!! The conditions were unacceptable. The room was extremely dirty—so much so that we had to sleep in our clothes because the sheets were filthy. It was clear that nothing had been properly washed or cleaned. To make matters worse, the room was unbearably hot with no air conditioning.
The exterior was just as bad, with no elevator available, forcing us to carry our heavy luggage up to the fifth floor. The location is inconvenient, far from other service areas.
To top it off, the homestay had a strict no-refund policy, which made the situation even worse. We had originally booked for two nights, but after the first night, we couldn't bear it any longer and decided to move to another hotel, even though we couldn't get our money back. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

The price/performance ratio is super high, suitable for a family of four, and close to the train station. The room is clean and everything is complete. I will book it again next time I come to Hohhot.
