The staff and the reception at the hotel was very helpful and accommodating. They even took me all over the place to buy coffee and got it at a local price. The receptionist recommended places to eat. Coffee was offered to me when i was waiting for the tour bus. She gave me a good price for tours and transport. I am very delighted with my stay in Song Thien and will stay again if i ever return to Hoi An. Please give my regards to rhe owner. Thank you

It's really good for the price. The owner was kind, although he didn't speak English. The only downside is that it's too expensive, but it has shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, and toothbrushes. There's also a hair dryer, so it was nice to stay there for a long time.
