Services and hospitality was superb. We asked to change the room because there was event nearby and the proceed was so smooth. The service staffs were sooooo friendly since you steppes into the hotel. Thanks to Nancy and Jessi we have a very good stay in Hoi An :)

It is a very special hotel, especially Lyly at the front desk who is very welcoming. When we arrived at the hotel very late at night, she personally escorted us to the room and explained to us in detail before leaving. We also met her at breakfast the next morning, and she enthusiastically asked us about our previous night. How did you sleep late? They even arranged a shuttle bus for us to take us to the ancient city! The breakfast is rich, varied and delicious!

Excellent hotel with the best staff! We stayed in the Presidential Suite, and everything was first class. Lily was exceptional and catered to our every request, helping us arrange all of our transportation and activities. 100+ out of 10!! This trip was a pre-27th anniversary trip, and the staff went out of their way to make it special for us. We definitely should have stayed longer. We used the spa every day, and it was beyond worth it!

The hotel receptionists Ame and Luna were warm and friendly, making our 3-day trip in Hoi An a joyful experience. This hotel opened in 2023, the rooms and restaurants are as beautiful as a palace, the breakfast is rich and varied, and the dinner is also to our taste. The hotel has a special car to pick up and drop off the old city, and the location is convenient. 2 swimming pools are available, which is a must-choice next time you come to Hoi An.
