Nice hotel with reasonable price, location is alright. But room is slightly smaller than expected.

I had a really great experience staying at Grand Sunrise; I was sad to leave so soon and I will definitely book a room here again the next time I visit Hoi An. When I arrived with my boyfriend for a short vacation, we were greeted by Nancy, who gave us welcome drinks, lots of information about things to do in Hoi An, and she personally took us to our room and showed us all the amenities. The room was big and nice- the bed was huge and there was a balcony and bathtub. She told us that the hotel is quite new- only a year old. She also came to say hello every morning when we had breakfast and walked us to our private airport car when we had to leave. Nancy was really the face of the hotel and we will miss her! Something else that was great about the hotel is that it provided free shuttles to the beach and a few other places. They also offered complimentary bicycles although we decided to rent a motor bike. Lastly there are two pools and one of them is a proper 1.7m pool with a lifeguard. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Room and Restaurant design are beautiful. Thanks for Nancy’s assistance, she is a nice staff and very helpful to explain questions I want to know. If guests prefer the hotel is quiet and good breakfast in Hoi An, highly recommend Grand Sunrise Palace.

Great experience here in Grand Sunrise. Rooms were very clean and also had great facilities like spa, gym, swimming pools and a lot more. There was also breakfast included which was diverse and delicious. Staff were also very friendly, especially guest relations officer Nancy who was very polite and went out of her way for us! Would greatly recommend to come here!

Me and my husband arrived at this beautiful hotel early in the morning and were greeted with warm welcoming beautiful smiles. The Front Office Team were amazing, they made our stay so easy and enjoyable. Our checkin was a breeze they took us to our room and explained everything and showed us how everything worked in the room. The next morning at the lavish breakfast buffet we were greeted again with complimentary coupons 🥰 for an amazing foot massage at the spa and Afternoon Tea. Our room was a beautiful romantic hideaway with a gorgeous pool and city view from our balcony. The free bike rentals encouraged us to explore the beautiful city and culture of Hoi An. We mentioned going shopping at Hoi A Market located in Da Nang, the incredible Front Office Team did not hesitate to coordinate transportation to and from the hotel for us to go shopping. This took the stress of trying to navigate through unfamiliar territory. They spoiled us so much we didn’t want to leave 🥺. Highly recommend this Grand Sunrise Palace Hoi An 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾🇻🇳. We will definitely be back they made us feel right at home and treated us like family 😊😊

Great little hotel in a nice location that’s not in the middle of the hectic old town. Great service, with nice decor. Free shuttle bus service to old town and beach, and free bike rental. Perfect for exploring Hoi An old town and adjacent areas. Breakfast buffet was very good. I would stay here again.

Great comfortable stay, big clean room, with balcony and can see sunrise. Breakfast has a wide selection of Vietnamese cuisine, the Vietnamese pancake tasted very good. Free taxi shuttle to town and beach at certain timing only. Friendly staff like Miss Nancy and Miss Ame were there to assist you. Dinner in restaurant was also good. Bought the best coffee in Vietnam from the restaurant as well

It was a wonderful experience. New hotel, everything is clean, the staff is very friendly. We also visited the local spa complex, my husband and I really liked it. We will definitely come again.

Very nice hotel , new , clean, amazing staff. Everything was great.

Several negative points: - Very average restaurant, I do not recommend, you might as well go to Hoi An center or even the surrounding area to pay less - The breakfast dishes were not replenished, maybe it is due to the low season - Hotel a little out of the way but we knew it, we made this choice to be halfway between the beach and Hoi An, but in the end the beach was very disappointing compared to My Khe beach in Danang. - A member of staff was quite intrusive in the way he asked you every morning or when you arrive at the hotel "how are you? What did you do today? What are you going to do?". In the end I avoided his gaze at breakfast as if I was going to be questioned by a teacher and I didn't know my lesson. - Two swimming pools, but the one on the ground floor was less popular with customers so the one on the rooftop was stormed. Some other guests (English speaking) took the liberty of taking a sun lounger + a shaded lounger, so sometimes 6 loungers were taken with half empty. It was a bit annoying as it was the case every day of our stay -- not to mention the ones who talk super loudly because it's in their culture.

This hotel surpassed my expectations and in my opinion should rate as a SIX star hotel. The welcome from Lily was warm,friendly and informative. My room was elegant, comfortable and spotlessly clean. It was serviced daily by competent caring cleaning staff. Breakfast was a joy, with many fresh and delicious choices. A special mention here to the 'diminutive little lady chef' for her delicious fresh spring rolls and pancakes. I stayed 5 nights here and enjoyed it immensely. I have stayed in many top class hotels throughout the world and this hotel is a worthy addition. I will certainly return and I have no reservation in unreservedly recommending it to others. Thank you to all of the Grand Sunrise Palace Hotel staff for a wonderful stay.

Location was good. Cleanliness not up to par. Service was good overall however there was one guest relation officer lady her service was really bad. Amenities was normal.
