This is a family hotel located in a village northwest of the ancient city of Hoi An. The entrance is a small alley, and behind the room is a wasteland with dogs barking in the middle of the night. The entrance door to the room is just a glass door with no sound insulation effect. The balcony is actually a small table and chairs placed at the door of the room. It is a public corridor, not a balcony.

A Convenient and Comfortable Stay in Hoi An, Vietnam
I recently stayed at the Tran Family Hostel in Hoi An, Vietnam, and I had a wonderful experience. The hostel staff was incredibly helpful and assisted me in organizing trips to My Son and Hue, which went smoothly without any issues. Additionally, I thoroughly enjoyed their outdoor swimming pool.
The location of the Tran Family Hostel is just a 5-minute walk from the city center, making it extremely convenient for exploring the vibrant streets of Hoi An. The hostel's proximity to various attractions, markets, and restaurants allowed me to fully immerse myself in the local atmosphere.
The rooms at the Tran Family Hostel are modern and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for guests. The highlight was the super comfy bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. The cleanliness and upkeep of the accommodation were also commendable.
One of my favorite amenities at the Tran Family Hostel was the outdoor swimming pool. It provided the perfect spot to unwind and cool off during hot Vietnamese afternoons. The pool area was well-maintained and added an extra touch of relaxation to my stay.

The bed is a bit hard, not dirty but not particularly clean. The hotel environment is okay. You can rent a car at the hotel. There are food nearby. There is no food in the village. You have to go out a little. The service attitude is average.

Located a little away from the action and the old town, about 10 minutes on foot, the establishment does not disappoint. Modern one-story building with a good-sized swimming pool, around a synthetic lawn, small restaurant room under an awning, for breakfast included, but really mini! My room on the first floor with balcony, chairs and table was pleasant, corresponded to a 2 Star, comfortable bed, fridge, no safe or coffee, but kettle, bathroom with shower, outdoor sink. Bicycles in good condition for rental. Little price.
