The staff was fluent in English, and since it was New Year's Eve and it would be difficult to arrange a taxi back to Da Nang, they arranged a cheaper taxi than Grab, which was very helpful. The room was not particularly stylish, but it was clean. The area around the hotel was quiet, as it was about a 10-minute walk to Old Town. A famous Japanese-run restaurant was a 2-minute walk away. I think it was good value for money.

This hotel has probably been the best I’ve stayed in since arriving in Vietnam 5 weeks ago. The room was very clean and well equipped. All of the staff I met while staying at the hotel were lovely, and as a bonus spoke very good english as well. If I’m ever back in Hoi An I will definitely be booking back in to the May Boutique Villa:)

Great English speaking and very friendly staff. The breakfast was very good and the rooms were clean and the bed was really great. Not a hard mattress for once.

We had an all-round great stay at the May Boutique Villa. Great location, clean room and courteous staff. Breakfast was manageable. You could choose a dish from a menu that was freshly prepared (e.g. Pho, omelette, banana pancakes...). You could have as much coffee, tea, water and fruit as you wanted. The only negative point was that the room was very noisy.

ホイアンの旧市街から少し離れているのでどうかなと思ってましたが以外と歩いて近かったのと、歩きたくなければ自転車も貸してもらえるので静かで良かったと思います。スタッフが旧市街への地図をくれて説明してくれたのも良かった。
