Tung and his family were very friendly and helpful. The inn is very new and clean. The pool was very clean. The inn is located a few kilometers from old town and the beach making it an ideal location to explore all Hoi Ann has to offer. There are bicycles on site for your use. Tung will also happily help you with tours or private drivers. Both the drivers we used were cautious and safe drivers. I would recommend this homestay for an affordable and lovely stay.

The room was clean, spacious and the bed was really comfy. All the facilities was really modern. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Helped us with information, getting around etc etc. Served good cheap aswell! Would definitely stay here again.

Saltfied villa has a cool, quiet space, clean rooms, newly built, new interior decoration, beautiful scenery, reasonable prices, and many services to experience when visiting Hoi An. The service staff is very funny, enthusiastic, friendly, it is great to relax here.

I stayed here for 3 days, felt so peaceful here, the river view is great, can watch people catch fish, you can also experience basket boat here, new property, the owner and staff are very friendly, enthusiastic support when I stayed here, really worth the money

The riverside hotel offers a wonderful relaxing atmosphere with a beautiful river view and fresh air. The rooms are clean, well-equipped with modern amenities, and the large windows allow you to enjoy the river view right from your room. The service is attentive, and the staff is friendly and always ready to assist. Although the prices are a bit high, it’s worth it for the peaceful and tranquil experience. I will definitely return in the future.

Recommended by a friend and was very pleased. Stayed for 10 days and was very impressed by the helpful attitude and service provided. Nothing was too much trouble and owner organised travel, laundry and gave helpful advice. This is a family run hotel with easy access to Hoi An using Grab taxi and a reliable driver and car for longer sight seeing trips at very reasonable cost. Facilities very new and great value for money. Also has Smart TV in room so can watch Netflix and YouTube. Would have no hesitation in recommending.

I have family in Vietnam, last weekend I took my wife and children to Hoi An to play, booked a villa through booking, the villa is new, very beautiful and quiet, the breakfast is very delicious. This will be my family's favorite place every time we visit Hoi An.

I really like this place, peaceful, very suitable for resting, very beautiful river view, swimming pool close to the river, because it was newly built, everything is new, the host is very cute and enthusiastic, next time come along. The family will come back here.
