The hotel is in a good location, close to the ancient city but not noisy. The hotel layout is also very local, clean, elegant and fresh. The front desk service of the hotel is very enthusiastic. They helped us arrange tours, book tickets to the next stop, pick us up and drop us off. As long as we have any needs, they will try their best to help us solve them. We don't have to worry about it at all. It's interesting that they all try to interact and communicate with us in simple Chinese. It was a pleasant trip in Hoi An.

The hotel is very close to the ancient city. It only takes a few minutes to walk there. It is not too noisy at night. It is located on the riverside with beautiful scenery. The breakfast is delicious, the service staff is also very enthusiastic, and the experience is great.

The location is near Huihe Ancient Town and night market, very convenient
However, the soundproofing of the room was very poor. I was woken up by the sound of breakfast being prepared in the hotel restaurant at 6:30 in the morning. I could clearly hear anyone passing by the door.
There was a heavy thunderstorm during our stay, which caused a power outage throughout the hotel. Afterwards, the TV antenna broke and the staff couldn't fix it.
Because my room type included breakfast, but I was too tired to eat it. The front desk will call you at 9:30 in the morning to remind you to have breakfast (breakfast is until 10 a.m.)
The front desk lady has a very good smile and service attitude.

The hotel is fantastic, service is excellent, just that the rooms were a little bit old.
Would request for a higher floor if possible, my room was facing a construction site and quite noisy in the morning.

The hotel facilities are very good and the clerk is very friendly, but it is strange that the room card can no longer be used at 12:00. After going out to take photos, we cannot return to the room, but the waiter quickly opened it for us.
