Great location and very helpful staff. Hotel and rooms need renovations. There are also very limited amenities - just that one small pool - and breakfast is below average.

Great location for the night market every night. The staff is very friendly and speaks English to help accommodate anything you need whether it’s renting scooters or calling for calls. Also have free breakfast. The AC could be cooler but that isn’t a deal breaker.

The location is ideal, with the night market and tourist area just downstairs! The swimming pool is not as big as expected, and if the sun is shining, the sun will hit the pool first! The room is okay and the space feels big! The terrace is shared by several rooms in a row. Fortunately, there was no one else there on the 3rd day. Very good luck!

I liked the location and building structure where you can feel the atmosphere of Hoi An. Breakfast was just okay. The room was nice and clean, but the air conditioner was a bit weak. And the room Wi-Fi doesn't work well... I used the building Wi-Fi because the room Wi-Fi didn't work... I think there are about two-thirds of the areas where Wi-Fi is not available. The location is great though! The night market is also close, and the central market and the old town are about 10 minutes? You can go on foot!

This hotel was the most expensive hotel on this trip, but the bath is broken and cannot be used. I can't turn on the TV. If you open the window, you can see the room from the veranda of the staff of the next shop. The flow of water in the shower room is bad, and while I'm taking a shower, there's a puddle at my feet💦...it's gone in the morning. ที่พักทำเลที่ตั้งค่อนข้างดีมากๆ ติดริมแม่น้ำ มีสระน้ำ แต่คสามสะอาดไม่ค่อยสะอาดห้องอับชื้น ได้เปลี่ยนห้องเพราะชักโครกไม่สามารถใช้ได้ บริการพวกอาหารเช้าดีอาหารอร่อย โดยเฉพาะเฝอ พนักงานบริการดี ประตูห้องน้ำสำหรับห้องเตียงเดียวคิงไซส์คือเป็นที่เปิดโล่งแทบจะมองเหนกันหมดแล้วค่ะ น้ำเหมือนมีแค่ระดับอุ่นแบบเดียว แต่โดยรวมทุกอย่างโอเค อ่อแต่แอร์บางห้องไม่ค่อยเย็นนะคะ

We absolutely loved this hotel, its location is perfect, it's not noisy (as you might think it might be), the staff wonderful, breakfast plentiful and superb, the pool is sublimely beautiful. Our pool room was stunning. The location is key: Hoi An is really hot, so being able to visit somewhere and come back and shower and/or swim was perfect. There's also parking at the back for scooters, not so many places have that. There's a little footage of this place on YT 66TripsLeft

Here's our experience in chronological order: - We checked in on the evening of 21st March and were allocated room 206. - Upon arrival, we immediately noticed an unpleasant odor emanating from the fridge, along with visible green residue at the bottom. We brought this to the attention of the general manager, hoping for a resolution. - On 22nd March, one of us fell ill, prompting a day of rest with the "do not disturb" sign on our door. Consequently, we had to reschedule planned activities. - 23rd March: Despite feeling unwell, we attempted breakfast, but the nausea, cramps, sore throat, and stinging eyes prevented us from eating much. We politely declined housekeeping service but accepted water from the staff. Upon trying to store the water in the fridge, we encountered the same unpleasant smell and green residue. By this point, the smell had worsened to the extent that it made us wretch, overpowering the room. We opened all windows and doors to the room, but it was so bad that I stood on the balcony to breathe while my husband reported this to the general manager. - Upon reporting this to the general manager, we were informed that the smell indicated a gas leak from the fridge, rendering the room unsafe. We had not known this was the problem, but had the general manager checked when the original complaint was made, the story could have been different. We were advised to wait in the reception area or purchase drinks next door. When we expressed concern about the potential health implications, the general manager acknowledged the possibility, said “I’m sorry about that” nonchalantly and assured us he would investigate further. - On 25th March, despite some improvement in our health, we spent most of the day in bed. Housekeeping kindly delivered water, but we had to inquire about a replacement fridge that evening. The general manager's forgetfulness and apathetic response were disappointing, but not unexpected, to say the least. We could have died, a baby would have, which the general manager also acknowledged. This hotel's oversight regarding guest safety is concerning. Our concerns went unaddressed until the situation escalated. No one had checked the fridge since our original complaint, we were in the room so knew. It's evident that safety protocols need improvement, and guest welfare should be a top priority. In conclusion, we advise potential guests to exercise caution when considering this establishment. While the location may be convenient, the lack of accountability and competence in addressing safety concerns makes it a risky choice for any traveler.
