Very good location. Facing ocean. Receptionist are very helpful and the hotel rooms are very clean and comfortable.

The hotel is opposite the beach. You can walk to the sea in no more than 5 minutes. The staff speaks good English. Good help and advice on various travel matters. The snack bar is reasonably inexpensive. The view of the pool from above is good. There is a treadmill and weights to lift on the 7th floor.

I stayed in Hoi An for 2 days and used Fivitel... well, it was far from the old town, so I really only slept in the hotel. It was a shame that the children couldn't play in the water because the swimming pool was not maintained.

When we arrived, we were immediately greeted in a very friendly manner. The rooms are very comfortable and are cleaned every day. The breakfast buffet was very good, and you can also have omelettes, scrambled eggs, etc. prepared on request. The view from the rooftop infinity pool is beautiful, and it is a great place to relax. The hotel provides free loungers with umbrellas on the nearby beach, which is another plus point. As you can see, we were more than satisfied with our stay. Most of all, however, we have to praise the staff, who are always friendly and helpful. Special thanks go to Sen, she made it possible for us to send large packages from the hotel to Germany. She spent several hours making it possible for us to send them, which is definitely not a given. Many thanks not only to Sen, but to the entire staff, we would definitely come back.

I arrived at the hotel early. Thank you for checking in. The staff were friendly and this is a hotel I will definitely go back to next time. There is Muong Thanh Holiday Hotel right next to the beach and the street is close, and it was good to take a walk in the morning.

Thanks for the early check-in, I was able to rest comfortably early. Check-out was 12 noon, so I was able to prepare well. It's right in front of the sea, so it's good to see

Rest well, stay and come out feeling good. It's good except that there aren't many shops around. The beach right in front of the hotel is good because there are no people and it is quiet

Friendly welcome from reception, thank you Sen for your helpful and accommodating service. Comfortable, spacious and clean rooms. Wonderful addition to have roof top pool, which came in very handy with the very warm weather.. stunning view. Enjoyed the spa....a 60-minute massage is recommended. Breakfast venue is large and comfortable. Breakfast menu selection is largely Asian (including omelettes)...but plentiful. Beach within walking distance and a free shuttle offered by the hotel to the old city (4pm and 6.30pm). Loved my time in Hoi An.

Very nice hotel with a great staff. We stayed four nights and Sen was our very helpful ”hotell guide”. Perfekt to borrow bicycles and go to An Bang Beach or Cua Dai beach.

Awesome hotel with amazing staff and great breakfast . Great value and feels like a 4 star hotel . The beach is opposite and a 5 minute walk you are on a beautiful beach with sunbeds . Special thanks to the staff especially Sen and Vy .. it’s a short journey to local restaurants and the old town is 15 minutes away .

Just returned from this great hotel excellent location with brilliant views from rooftop pool sen and her team of hanna jenny nhi. And quyen are really friendly always there to greet you and help with anything you want highly recommend this hotel sen does a brilliant job of manageing this lovely hotel
