They don’t value their customers - arrived to find that the selected room I bought was no longer available.

It’s a lovely hotel just outside A Bang. Good swimming pool, free bikes but the breakfast can do some improvement. The beds are hard so I got some extra duvets that help a bit. Allover good value for the money and wonderful staff.

Beautiful hotel located a short walk from the beach. The pool was lovely to take an afternoon dip in and stayed open well into the evening. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was super comfortable. Nice selection at breakfast but they run out of some hot foods if you come later.

Very close to a nice beach with water spots, small / nice swimming pool.

The pool was small, but the photos came out very pretty and it was the perfect depth for children to play. The bedding is clean, the air conditioner works well, and the water runs well^^ However, the breakfast was a bit disappointing, but all the staff were friendly and nice.

The hotel room was comfortable and nice. If any of my friends have plans to travel to Hoi An in the future, I would like to highly recommend it.

The breakfast is clean and the staff are all friendly. There is a 24-hour supermarket right next to it, and they give you the price after scanning the barcode. If you walk to the beach, it's a long way, but it's a decent distance. It's neat and clean, like Korean style. I recommend this accommodation. But the disappointing thing is that the room I stayed in didn’t have a TV.

It's okay for the price, but it's a bit far from where you want to go. And I chose it because there was a swimming pool among the photos posted by guests, but I was very disappointed that there was no swimming pool.

I stayed for 3 nights during the peak season from the end of July to the beginning of August. I was really worried because there weren't many reviews. The conclusion is satisfactory. 1. Location - It takes 15 to 20 minutes to walk to Anbang Beach (it's too much during the day, but it's worth walking at night. You can't catch a grab at night anyway), and you can go to Tantan Beach in 5 minutes. Personally, I liked Tantan Beach better for bathing. You can go to the old town by grab, but please note that coming out at night is not caught, and even if it is caught, it is expensive. 2. Facilities - The room is not as big as expected. But the view is crazy. Be sure to make a reservation for Ocean View. If you like me, you will be healed just by looking outside. The sea is also very close, so it feels like a real ocean view. - How clean is it? degree. Everything else was fine during my stay, but small ants... kept coming out. (That's why I subtracted one star from each room) Still, considering the fact that it's Southeast Asian/4-star and the price, I didn't complain and just sprayed a repellent. However, the bathtub is a bit inconvenient. We never wrote it. - Breakfast is flat. We had course meals on weekdays and buffet on weekends. It wasn't bad. What do you expect for 5-star cuisine at this price? - The swimming pool is small. It seems that up to 3 teams can be used, but more than that seems to be used while keeping an eye on each other. Sunbeds and towels are free. 3. Service - Very satisfied. Everyone I encountered, including the desk, treated me kindly, and communication in English was no problem. It was a consecutive night, but on the morning of the second day, I was taken aback when the cleaner asked when I was checking out, but when I told the desk, there was no problem anymore. At the end, we all took a picture together haha - However, cleaning is done a little earlier in the morning, so it would be nice to refer to those who are sensitive to sound. Overall, it was a really good experience. Of course, compared to 5-star rooms, soundproofing, and other facilities are lacking, but the location, cost performance, and view forgive everything. If you come back to Hoi An, you have the intention to visit again!

After travelling Vietnam for 6 weeks we chose to stay at Athenia Boutique Hotel for 10 days to relax and enjoy the local beachside of Ang Bang before heading home. The hotel is a short walk to the beach, restaurants and beach bars. The hotel reception was kind enough to arrange taxis to take us into Hoi An, which is only 10minutes away. Therefore you are close enough to enjoy both the beach and old town. We had room 408 and it exceeded our expectations. The room was large, had a king size bed, balcony to relax on and look out to the sea. The bathroom was modern and spotlessly clean. The pool area is nice and they keep it clean at all times, sun beds were always available. What made this hotel really special was the friendly, helpful staff, especially Phoung, Nga and Bao who were always there to greet us and ask about our day and if there was anything we needed. Thank you to everyone at Athenia we had a wonderful time.
