Exceptional customer service. I had leftovers and they gladly helped me reheat it in the staff kitchen and let me eat it in the buffet area.

A little far out and right next door to a nightclub but pleasing views over the river. Very clean and nice to have a balcony.

Nice room with a lovely view over the rice fields. Slight noisey as it’s next to a party hostel however only noticed whilst on balcony though and it wasn’t an inconvenience at all. The room did smell slightly of mold. I would stay again

Very good here)
Except for bicycles) I understand that they are given for free, but this does not mean that they have to be so bad) the fleet of bicycles needs to be updated or the chain tightened.
Otherwise, good breakfast, great view of the rice terraces, clean bed, polite staff!
They decorated our bed in honor of our honeymoon)
Excursions are expensive)
The basket boat was offered for 300k per person, but we bought it on KLOOK for 150k for two!;))))
I advise everyone to buy excursions on KLOOK;)

This boutique hotel is ideal for seasoned travellers looking for safe, comfortable, and value-for-money accommodation. The rooms are clean and the daily breakfast was good and very substantial. The staff deserves special mention for their excellent service; they were attentive and helpful and made the stay a most pleasant experience. It's also great to be so near to the old town which was the key attraction for me.

Pedicure is simply a nail clipping service, yet at 250.000 dong charges more than the going rate of 190.000 dong. Person doing pedicure did not speak any English so impossible to find out why it was so basic. Very disappointing and just as well farmers tour in the morning included a complimentary food wash and massage.

Very clean hotel, attentive staff, decent breakfast. Excellent price quality. Good location located between the center and the sea. Provide a scooter rental which is located 200 m from the hotel, the hotel lends bikes free.
