The resort staff was very nice the room was good! This is good value for stay !

Highly recommend ZEST, good environment, provide professional services especially the receptionist - Thuy, she always good smile and asking me every day, she always concern what's I feel, it's really nice. Zest provide free shuttle bus between hotel and old town. And free of charge to borrow a bicycle so can ride to around feel free in countryside, and enjoy every moment in Zest even stay whole day in Zest.

Very nice hotel, wonderful facilities, natural feeling

Every waiter in the hotel provides excellent service and always smiles! Although there are not many types of breakfast, everything is delicious! It's very comfortable to sit by the pool and drink beer at night.

It was the best accommodation during my third trip to Vietnam. The purpose was healing, and it was a very suitable place. 100% intention to visit again on my next trip!!!! Haha

It's located deeper than Hoi An Old Town, where there aren't many Koreans. It's a very narrow street, but the pool was nice and everything was great!

My partner and I spent 6 nights here for part of our honeymoon and it was absolutely delightful! The resort itself is small enough to feel intimate but spacious enough so that you don't feel like you're on top of your neighbours. Our room was huge, and small issues were tended to immediately. The spa on site is such a beautiful feature, surrounded by the water to really bring a sense of serenity. Then there is the staff! The restaurant/bar staff were so lovely and happy to chat and get to know us, making sure to cater to our dietary needs (2x vegans). The reception girls were on another level, I've never had service like this from all the hotels I've stayed in. They made sure to check in regularly to see how we were doing, if there was anything we needed, and to help book shuttles or plan our day. They made sure to remember our names and were attentive to every detail. A special shout-out to Thuy and Hoa for being extra special and friendly 💕 The location itself was perfect for us - an easy trip to both the beach and the town, with free bikes to borrow. The resort felt like a secluded paradise, surrounded by lakes and rice paddy's, but then also super accessible at the same time. The only disappointment for me was having to leave on our final day!

Amazing hotel, so relaxing, and the level of service was astounding, making our anniversary trip so special. There was nothing too big for the staff here in making us feel relaxed and comfortable. Thuy was particularly helpful, always checking with us if there was anything we needed and helpful in suggesting activities and places to go. The room was amazing with beautiful outlooks over the lake. We used the spa twice and again, had an amazing experience both times we had a massage. We decided to try their cooking class experience as it is the same area as the ones you see on trip advisor etc, but what was so lovely with this one is that they made it so personal to us as they knew our names, the chef, Hero, was amazing and it was all around the hotel. We loved it. Diem was our guide at the markets and helped us in the cooking class, and she was so good too. She showed us all the different things in the market and we tasted different fruits etc. The hotel is about a 10 minute drive to Hoi An, but mostly, we used the shuttle service the hotel provides or just used Grab, which was easy enough. We loved coming back to the tranquillity of this area and the hotel after a busy day/evening out in Hoi An. I highly recommend this place!

I came to Vietnam on vacation for my birthday traveling alone from America. It was nice to be at a resort where I felt safe and well taken care of. Of all of the four and five star resorts I stayed at, Zest was my favorite. Thuy was a incredible host, she was very professional, thoughtful and on top of everything. She would be the perfect Manager if a position opened up or at least a significant raise would be in order. Zuay was such a nice young man as well, he even gave me a ride back to the resort when he saw me in town. Both young people went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and special. There was a surprise birthday cake and warm greeting when I came back from a long day in old town, extra fan to keep me cool at night a gift certificate for a foot massage at the spa and homemade ginger tea in the morning to sooth my upset stomach. I stayed at the resort for about four days. It was very clean, well maintained with a incredible staff, including housekeeping. Thank you for making my birthday and stay special❤️

A fabulous experience. The hotel is located 10 minutes shuttle bus/taxi ride away from the old town and beach so perfect for escaping from the hustle and bustle of Hoi A yet immersing yourself in it when desired. The staff were amazing. Happy, super efficient and committed to ensuring guests were enjoying their stay. My son was ill during his stay and a rather wonderful receptionist took it on herself to make him a hot ginger and honey. There is a lovely relaxing pool and plenty of loungers. I cannot recommend the hotel enough. Thank you for looking after us so well 🙏. We will be back for sure on our next visit to Hoi An.

My partner and I stayed in the Tropical Oasis Bungalow at Zest Resort and Spa. This was the first time we had travelled to Hoi An and the aim of our 2 week holiday was to relax as much as possible. Zest Resort & Spa was the perfect choice for our accommodation. The staff were simply amazing. I find it hard to single out one particular staff member, as they were all, so friendly, helpful, kind and knowledgeable and made us feel like family. The food was great, the cocktails even better. The location was perfect as it was a peaceful location, but, only a 5 min drive to the beach and about a 8 min drive into town. I loved the Spa and booked in for massages, facials and wraps. They did not disappoint. The pool was also very clean and well maintained... and the gardens were spectacular!

Such a great place!!! Our room was the boat on the little lake and it was so wonderful! It was too good, in fact, that we didn't want to leave to go explore Hoi An. The grounds of the property were charming, the pool was relaxing and never over crowded, the wifi was fast and extended throughout the entire place, and the breakfast was phenomenal! The food and drinks prices were also very reasonable, and above all the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. I wish I could have stayed there forever. And Thuy-y-hoa was wonderful

Zest really felt like an oasis. It was beautiful and very tranquil with a lovely pool. The staff were absolutely wonderful during our stay, especially Thuy-y-hoa who was very helpful and kind. We were very sorry to leave, but definitely would recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An.
