Hotel provides free bicycles for guests, it comes very handy as walking to old town take at least 20 minutes.

I was quite impressed with the personal touch during check-in when the receptionist took time to explain the places of interests in Hoi An for all first time visitor. The room I got was beautifully decorated, clean and I enjoyed the bathtub. Just that u gotta bring your own bath bomb for the tub :) I also particularly like the balcony view. The hotel is located at a quiet corner and the old town is just around 10 mins walk away or you can cycle there with the hotel bikes. I really enjoy my stay in this hotel alot. Thumbs up.

Everything was brilliant. We had the hotel do two way airport transfers which was good value and very efficient. Our room was very nice, large and very tidy. The breakfast was good and Staff are super helpful. The location is also very nice not on a busy street but close enough to everything

It was the best hotel I've ever been to in my life.
The service, rooms, facilities, and food are all excellent.
Especially the customer service was outstanding.
Hoi An itself is also recommended, and if you go to Hoi An, this hotel is recommended.

In previous years I have stayed at Cozy Boutique Villas but this time I had the pleasure of staying at Cozy Savvy and again this hotel deserves more than a 5 star review! The warmth, the friendliness, the care given by absolutely ever member of staff is above and beyond any other hotel anywhere!! I have been returning here for 8 years because once you experience a stay here it grabs your heart and returning feels more like coming home Thank you to every member of the team at Cozy Savvy for welcoming us like family!!!

This hotel is in the right position: far away from the midtown’s confusion, but not so far to avoid a walk. The welcome has been friendly and professional; the staff was very young a little bit shy, but very kind. The rooms have a warm and romantic atmosphere, a blend of French end Oriental style. The breakfast was complete and provided with high quality products. Bicycles are available for the guests.

The interior of the hotel is lovely, everything is nice and clean. Breakfast has a huge verity and is all tasty. The staff were very helpful and kind especially the two who helped us the most Cindy and Anne. They helped us with information about the city and things to explore.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and we loved it! The room was so nice and very clean, the rooftop pool was lovely and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were so kind and Hannah went above and beyond to help us at all times with any questions or bookings and she gave us amazing recommendations at the start of our stay. Great hotel and would definitely come back.

Great location. Cozy An hotel hoi an is a relaxing getaway. This hotel is only 5 months old. Super clean place. Convenient location. Nice pool sanitzed everywhere. Clean spacious room with fresh smelling linens. Excellent tasting international breakfast included. All staffs are friendly. Compliments to Ms.Lucy. She recommended us herbal massage, night market and great food. Lucy's professional!

Wonderful hotel in Hoi An with spectacular service! The Cozy Savy Hotel was beautiful, with lovely rooms, a rooftop pool, and a delicious breakfast buffet. Our rooms were lovely, well appointed with lovely wood decor. Kathy and her team were excellent, and made sure we had everything we needed, along with making great recommendations for tours, tailors, and restaurants in Hoi An. The location is fantastic - easy walking distance to the old town, but far enough away not to be disturbed by the many tourists in the evenings. It was clear that customer service is a high priority, and it shows in the excellence of every staff member we interacted with. Great hotel, run by great people, in a great location in Hoi An!

Excellent place. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast buffet is great, the hotel is very clean and I would definitely stay there again. But as an avid gym goer, the gym lags in equipment and more importantly in safety. The big exercise rack is not bolded to the ground and shiftet on me while using it which made me pull a muscle in my shoulder. But if you won't be using the gym, this place will offer a 5 star experience.
