I had an amazing time at Hoi An Memories Resort & Spa . The resort's proximity to the Old Town made exploring the area convenient and enjoyable. The clean and well-maintained swimming pool was a highlight, offering a serene oasis amidst bustling surroundings. There were numerous Instagram-worthy corners around the resort, making it a paradise for photography enthusiasts. Additionally, the breakfast choices were plentiful and delectable, ensuring a great start to each day. The staff's hospitality exceeded my expectations, as they eagerly shared insider tips on local eateries, attractions, and transportation options, enhancing my overall experience

The location is not very good and the service standard is not stable as well

It is good but it is a little bit far from old town

We booked this resort because we wanted to watch the memory show. The location of the resort is within walking distance from the impression theme park and hence the convenience. The resort service was okay and rooms are clean. However we were greatly disappointed with the policy of “forcing” customers to watch the memory show despite the fact that it was raining heavily with lightning. I.e the mgmt don’t provide any tickets refund when it rains and we all had to stand under the rain to watch the show. Not only was it dangerous for the audience, it was also very dangerous for the actors to put up the show in an open air stage while it is raining and lightning. Overall, we were in shock that the mgmt didn’t even think of basic safety given the open-air show venue. Really disappointed with that!!!!!

The receptionist is very nice. There have free bicycles for ride to Hoi An night market, Faifo coffee, Cong cafe or other. You can walk to enjoy Hoi An theme park and Hoi An memories show at night. Breakfast is tasty, if compared to other hotels.

I stayed here on a family trip. The room had a high ceiling and was open, the bathroom was Japanese style with a washing area, and the bathtub was spacious and stylish. The pool was also clean and we enjoyed it. It had a resort feel to it, and I would like to come back again.

The rooms are cottage style, with 6 to 8 rooms lined up above each other. The room was spacious and clean, and there was a balcony on the river pew. When I took a shower, the water drained poorly, so I contacted the reception and they came to fix it right away. After that, the water started flowing without any problems. There was a large bathtub next to the shower, and if you don't close the curtain from the room, you can see it all. The air conditioning was so effective that it was cold. There was one pool in the center of the site and an infinity pool at the very back of the site, with a bar and sunbeds next to it. The site next door is an amusement park that opens at 5:30 p.m. Inside, there are dance shows and street performances, which you can watch while eating food from the food stalls. Admission is free for guests. There is a theater in one corner of the amusement park, but there is a fee, and every night from 8:00 p.m. for one hour, a total of about 100 performers perform a grand show about the origins of Hoi An. I recommend it.

On the first day I checked in, I was really surprised by the room environment. The terrace view was beautiful and the bathtub was so comfortable. I don't have access to a gym or pool, so I won't comment. However, there are disappointments. Don't expect too much from breakfast, there is pho, but the taste is average. The massages are not professional enough, the massage is not done properly, and you have to pay after the massage. There is no service (such as water/tea). I had massage at a small shop in the city the day before, but the service was not good at that time, but average. D, it can be seen that expensive does not mean good. When I checked out, I was thinking about asking the counter for a bottle of water, but such a big hotel even had to pay for water. The manager asked me to go to the restaurant to buy it, but it was a high-cost hotel. Such an answer was really hard. Buckle up for disappointment. In the end, my Uber driver was kind enough to drive me to a nearby office. After getting off the bus, he helped me buy water. I relied on him to drive me for four days and three nights. He had a good attitude and was not a hard sell. Good people. In the end, I felt that if I had to choose many times, I would choose a place on the edge of the ancient town, but I could see the river, so I would not have to go out to the hotel so far on the other side. There are many hotels near the ancient town overlooking the river, so you can choose slowly.

I made a reservation because Hani from New Jeans was staying there. It was clean, the exterior was beautiful, the staff were kind, and the food was delicious. Everything was divine. You won't find anywhere else with such good service at such a low price.

It's pretty and nice, but there's nothing to see than I thought. The resort pool time is too short, and the dinner restaurant inside is really tasteless... Room service is better.

If you're watching the Memories Show, it's a good idea to stay overnight. It's good to stay for two days, watch the show, and take a walk around the neighborhood to rest.. The pool is pretty and nice to play in.

It's so good. The breakfast is delicious, and there's a theme park right in front, so it's very convenient to go there after finishing. It's a bit remote, so you can't do without a car

Memories form crazy!!!!!!!!!!!

The room and facilities are fresh clean with regular maintainance. 2 pools are small but enough for family use. We booked the room along with access to Hoi An theme park and HA Memories show. The show is fantastic. We'll defenitely visit next time. Recommended.
