LOVED IT! The room and the bed? Clean, comfortable, big. - The bathroom? Clean, amazing tub and plenty of hot water. - The location? Cua dai beach is less than 1 minute away, literally just around the corner; An Bang beach is 15 min away (by bicycle, the hotel lets you use them for free), the hotel has shuttles to take you to Hoi an at different times of the day. - The breakfast? Delicious buffet with plenty of western/Vietnamese options. - The staff? DEFINITELY THE BEST FEATURE OF THE HOTEL! Extremely kind and helpful!

Next to Cua Dia beach about 30 minutes walk from Hoi An town. Splendid 3 star hotel which caters for young and old. Decent breakfast which close at 9.30am. Small gym decent pool and eateries and massage facilities within walking distance. Staff are excellent and very helpful.

When I arrived I was soaked from the longest day on my bike. The guy could see that and was very helpful and friendly. They were kind enough to upgrade me to the suite free of charge. The location to Hỏi ăn was great too. Only about 2.5km. They let me hire a bicycle which was very nice.

Great hotel, unforgettable view of the river. Spacious rooms with large balconies. Minus in the absence of a high partition with the neighboring room, so your comfort depends on your neighbors. Excellent varied breakfasts, lots of fruit. Friendly and attentive staff.

It's quiet and relaxing considering it's close to the beach. The view from the window is nice. The garden is well-maintained. It's perfect for relaxing by the pool.
One thing I'd like to see improved is that the balcony is close to the next room and the partition is low, so you can see into the next room. I made eye contact with the person in the room two doors down, but I couldn't just go out to the balcony. Also, the air conditioner was too effective and I couldn't adjust the temperature properly.

An excellent hotel for the money, I would especially like to mention Ann for her friendliness, openness and desire to help.
The hotel is cozy, clean, cleaning every day, excellent location, large rooms, huge bed. Good breakfast, no frills, but everything you need is there.

The accommodation I used 3 years ago was closed, so I made a reservation and visited this place. It was better than the accommodation I went to before. Well what can I say …. Second time I have stopped here and it feels like home …. The staff , Anna, Van,lily , Tony and everyone else connected with this hotel are such wonderful people and I was made to feel like family … the hotel itself is truly amazing and I will definitely return again and again. Anyone wishing to spend time around Hoi An area please choose this place as I cannot praise it enough … till the next time , I thank you all for everything you do

Thank you river beach! We had an amazing stay, the staff were so helpful and helped us learn some useful Vietnamese phrases. The staff also provided us with lots of advice about the places we should go and efficiently booked taxis to the old town. Also the buffet breakfast was incredible. Definitely would stay here again if I’m back in Hoi An From Peter

Absolutely one of the best hotels of our trip in Vietnam!!! With special thanks to Lily and Anna!!!❤️They did together with all the staff, everything to make our stay wonderful!!!! We certainly recommend this hotel!!! The room was spacious and comfortable and breakfast was very good!

We stayed at the River Beach Resort from May 8-13, 2024, for the third time because the stunning location impresses us again and again. Excellent service and always friendly staff can be found here. I would particularly like to highlight Ms. Vân Ella, whose kind and friendly manner especially stood out to us. We can say that this resort deserves a rating of 5/5 overall.
