Amazing location , staff and service highly recommended!!

The room was clean and the pool was nice to play in. ㅎ The hotel also introduced a coconut village basket boat tour package, so I went and had fun and had a great time!! The breakfast was also delicious^^

It was a very cost-effective accommodation. It was a connecting room, and it was great for families. The swimming pool is small, but it was okay. Highly recommended..!!

I am extremely satisfied with the service, staff and facilities here. The room is spacious, opening the door is fragrant, well cared for. Any problem will be resolved n***.

Clean and nice

Hoi An Ancient House Resort and Spa is the best place to stay in Hoi An, hands down. The hotel is peaceful and tranquil, and just a 5-minute ride from Old Town. Rooms are made up daily, and the air conditioning is icy cold—so refreshing! Everything was exceptional. The buffet breakfast, restaurant dining, pool, spa, and the friendly, attentive staff all stood out. The staff were super helpful with any requests or recommendations and were happy to assist with booking activities or transport, and always offering a lovely cold towel upon your return. The hotel has a rich and continuing history with an attached ancient family home where they make rice paper and noodles for local restaurants. Participating in the cooking class was an amazing experience—special thanks to Minh for the fun class and delicious results. Thank you to Royal Ancient House—10/10!

Ancient house space beside morden design look so harmonious. One more plus point is green space around resort. That 's so feeling relaxing. Swimming pool was not too big but full conditions and enough sun chair for all. Jacuzzi suitable for kid. Not expecting breakfast too much. There are no many choices. I can say it rather poor. It might out of some type of dishs even I came at 8:15 morning. However, focus on flavor, it not bad. Local fish rolls noodle is highly recommend. Room tidy and comfortable. Aircondition, minibar worked good. We love bathtub with garden view. Need to pay attention cleaning shower area outside, look old and dirty. Television so hard to change channel and signal slow . Dust was be found under telephone and aroud bed. Staffs less experience in communication. They are shy and saving smiles. Hope you get this comment and improvement.

A beautiful resort with a green pool, clean rooms, good beds, amazing food! The staff wash the clothes for you if you want to. Free bikerenral and wifi. Green garden and beautiful flowers. Hôtel transport. You can go to several activities like cooking class, and boat trips and much more! The resection will explain when arriving. They also gave us a welcome drink. The staff is super cute and always smiling. Definitely coming back to this resort, beautiful place!!!

A beautiful resort, with a green garden, beautiful flowers and green amazing pool. Free bike rental and good wifi all over the place. Clean rooms, comfortable bed and a big shower and a beautiful bathtub. AC in the rooms. Amazing breakfast and pool menu. They offer several trips, cookingclasses, spa and hoteltransport. The staff is really friendly and helpful, they are doing everything to make your stay the most comfortable. Really recommend this amazing place and I will definitely be back with my family in the future.

Staying at the Ancient House Resort was fantastic. The rooms were great and the facilities including pool were excellent. The breakfast each day was great too, but what made it special for us was the fantastic staff, the cleaners, maintenance people and reception staff and shuttle driver and everyone else. But a very special mention to Minh who talked to us each day at breakfast to make sure everything was ok. He also did a Rice paper making session that was well prepared and he was so enthusiastic. Also Minh took us on a tour around the rice fields on bikes and looked after us a good three hours. I would highly recommend getting involved in the resort activities and also highly recommend staying here which is easily access to beach and town via hotels free shuttles or walking or using the free bikes. AAAA+

We’ve been visiting this place every time we’ve been to Hoi An, they always have great service, and the rooms are pretty and clean. They have a free shuttle bus that takes guests to the beach and to the city center near the markets and tailors, and it is also possible to be picked up again.

We have spent a wonderful two weeks at Ancient House, Hoi An and it will be sad to say goodbye tomorrow to the exceptional Ancient House staff team. We have been looked after so well. Every one of our needs have been attended to with great care by everyone. Our friend and travelling companion Kathy has special diet needs, all of which have been carefully considered and accommodated. Outstanding service, and such beautiful food. I would like to make special mention of staff member Minh who assisted us with local information and accompanied us on a vegetable farm excursion. His level of care and oversight of our stay has been amazing. The cooking class that followed our vegetable garden experience was expertly delivered by the Ancient House Chef Phu, and each breakfast we were well looked after by new restaurant recruit Vy. This is my third stay at Ancient House over the past 15 years and each time I have left knowing it’s a place I will return it. If you are looking for a holiday venue built on traditional Vietnamese family values, a place of peace and quiet, serviced by dedicated and caring staff, then I recommend Ancient House to you. We stayed in this wonderful hotel for four nights on our 25 day trip around South East Asia. Food was excellent. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Enjoyed the pool and it’s facilities. We used the local laundry service next door to hotel which was just great. Minh the hotel manager was excellent and dealt with all queries and requests brilliantly.
