A very large hotel with a large swimming pool and its own private beach. There are enough chairs and towels to spend the whole day. The gym is relatively small and does not have air conditioning. 1 week stay, very nice resort, quiet, great pool, Spa and small gym.
Buffet breakfast had huge range, and well stocked.
staff were amazing, and always there to help
only disappointment for us was the beach was not what we expected. There is work being done so noisy machinery, but will be good when finished.

Loved the huge pool and gardens, but could do with a few more trees for shade. Very nice, large clean bedeoom with nice sheets. Breakfast buffet is decent. Staff are nice and helpful. The area around the hotel has very limited dining options, so most people us one of the shuttle buses to go into Hoi An old town, which only takes about ten minutes and is also a very cheap taxi back. Would recommend as long as you aren't expecting to be in the busy area

Service? Did not collect glasses from room for two days, had to put outside. Still stayed there. Breakfast no juice, no table service. It was out of season no one even bothered asking if we wanted a drink.or food. Everyone on their mobile phones. Paid for 90 minutes massage, not even an hour. Out of season and still not interested in customer service. Went for a beer, no bar staff. Went for dinner no staff. Lazy

The Boutique Hoi An Resort is located on the beach about a 10 minute drive from the centre of Hoi An. There is a central building with the reception, bar and restaurant and a number of separate buildings in the grounds. The rooms are spacious and good quality. Service is excellent. There is a good buffet breakfast in the restaurant but with perhaps not as much choice as in some 5-star hotels. You can get a good dinner in the restaurant but not many people chose to eat there when we were staying in the hotel. There are four excellent and very cheap local restaurants across the road from the hotel. The pool is excellent - a perfect temperature and a good size. The beach is very pleasant and offers a slightly cooler temperature on very hot days. However, the views from the beach are slightly spoilt by some industrial work in the sea and I was put off by swimming in the sea by litter in the water. There is an excellent beach bar and a pool bar both of which serve very reasonably priced drinks. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to and from the centre of Hoi An but if you want to travel when the bus isn't running then a Grab (like Uber) is very reasonably priced.

Wir waren 3 Nächte hier. Für einen zwischen Badestop in Hoi an. Die Anlage ist wunderschön. Es hat ein schöner Pool. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Empfehlen kann ich eine Massage die ist wirklich gut und schön. Mehrmals täglich fährt ein Shuttlebus in die Stadt. Sonst gibt es Taxis. Die Zimmermädchen gehen ins Zimmer und fangen an zu Putzen auch wenn man sagt sie sollen warten.

The staff are a credit to owners of this hotel. Could not of done more for us. Grounds are kept immaculate. We stayed on half board and the food was of very high standard. Hoi an is only a short distance away and used the free shuttle bus back and forward which was great Thank you so much to staff for making trip of life time

A beautiful well maintained spacious hotel set on the beach. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink by Mr Phong who personally showed us to our room. The rooms are spacious and very clean with all the amenities you need, tea/coffee, mini bar, bath robes, slippers and toiletries. Ample comfortable sun beds surround the stunning pool area, which is maintained to a high standard and is a welcoming refresh in the heat. Lots of choice for breakfast, including lots of tropical fruits and the al la carte restaurant menus include local and western food for lunch and dinner options. Free shuttle bus into Hoi An old town several times throughout the day. A great choice for a relaxing break. Looking forward to returning.
