Room was made up everyday on request and they sorted us bikes to use during our stay. They were also helpful when we had issues with our booking. Highly recommended!

The location here is one of the most central and long-standing hotels in Hoi An. The hotel has recently been upgraded so I tried booking again. The price is also reasonable, especially booking through Trip.com. Although the hotel has been upgraded, some furniture such as tables are broken, lampshades are torn. Otherwise, the hotel is generally clean.

Stay away there is loud construction that starts 7am and last till 2pm both days we were here sheets dirty rest of facilities seemed to be fairly clean the location and price good but I would not recommend unless you want to be awaken by drills saws and hammers from 7 am

Pros- the room was spacious snd the bed was comfortable. It is located within easy walking distance to the old quarter and dozens of restaurants. The bathroom was nice. The staff were very pleasant. Cons- 2 walls had large cracks running down them and there were water stains with a large rudimentary patch on the ceiling. The tv had sound but no picture. The A/C made a sound like a washing machine until I cleaned the filter screen which was thoroughly blocked by dust. The included breakfast was decent but the coffee was lukewarm and some of the food was cold if you got there later in the morning. Overall the hotel was OK but could be better with a little attention to some details.

Pulling back the covers to fall into bed and finding the sheets were filthy and had been used by someone else...the room had been "cleaned",green pool, no breakfast and dirty. The glass lift is an oven/ sauna all in one. Not a clean hotel and staff lack lustre. Stained towels and barely working AC. Great location though!

Perfect location of the hotel, just outside the chaos of the city in a very quiet area. Poor cleanliness in the room. Unfortunately the breakfast was truly detrimental. One of the two days spent in this structure we practically didn't have breakfast because at 6.30 a large group of Vietnamese students arrived and at 7 when we got off and then went to MySon (a challenging stage) there was absolutely nothing to eat and all, I mean all the dirty tables that need clearing. If they don't know how to manage so many people at the same time they should organize different shifts in the kitchen (there was only one person to serve 90 kids).
