Hoi An Rose Garden Hotel Reviews

We went in a group of 3 and we have booked a triple sharing room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. It was so nice of them to automatically upgrade us to a family suite with 2 double beds and a much bigger size room, when we were doing the check in. Breakfast was quite a reasonable spread. Value for money hotel.

This Hotel is clean and quiet. Good location and very convenient

Very close to the tourist part, it is nice, clean and the people are very friendly. The only thing is that the breakfast bread was old and hard.

The phone in the room and at the front desk did not work. If there was a problem, I had to go downstairs to deal with it. It was very troublesome. The light switch in the room was blocked by the bed and could not be used. Finally, the waiter came and changed to a family room with no view at all. I was not happy with the money spent. accommodation experience.

The location is close to the old town of Hoi An. Room is ok for the price. Friendly, enthusiastic reception.

I stayed at the Hoi An Rose Garden during my family vacation to Vietnam for two days, and I can honestly say it was the best hotel experience I have ever had. The infrastructure was pretty cozy, nothing too excessive, just a small place that is super cute, with a beautiful little pool in the front. The aesthetics of the place was amazing. The rooms were really nice and adequate. The whole place was really clean and organized. But, the thing that makes Rose Garden special is the service. The staff were super friendly and helpful right from the start. Ms Yen was the one who welcomed us in and she put in a lot of effort to make sure we had the best experience during our stay. She really was the best, and deserves high praise for the wonderful job she is doing.

I arrived at the hotel at 11am and was immediately shown to my room. The staff are so helpful and every morning I was greeted by name and in the evening always asked how my day was and what I got up to. The room i have was lovely and over looked the pool. The bed was very comfy and pillows amazing! it is a great little hotel and I will return here when I come back to Vietnam. The hotel staff are some of the friendliest I experienced in Vietnam!

Nice and clean hotel with super friendly staff and good breakfast. The rooms were spacious and the toilets were clean. The ladies in the reception, Yen and Ha, were very friendly. The rosara spa massage was also a comforting experience. Overall the stay was a pleasent one.

Very good place and kind staff. Friendly atmosphere, best experienced so far during my stay in vietnam.... Happy to stay here. Recommend this place for you or your family's stay in HoiAn. It's very near to ancient city. They will guide to visit places and can make arrangements also. Spa experience was also good

Staying in this hotel is very nice. I enjoy staying here. The Food is very delicious. The room is so clean and the ambiance is very relaxing. The receptionist is very accomadating and very friendly. This hotel is perfect for all family vacation because it's provide you a first class accommodation.

The rooms are well-maintained, the meals are superb, and the receptionists are incredibly friendly and accommodating .It's also very near at Hoi An night market which where you can buy lots of souvenirs. This hotel is highly recommended for people who want to visit at Hoi An.
