good for the average price and location. arrived late but the service was good and friendly

Location is tad far from the old town. Cleanliness is good. Overall a good experience.

Good price/quality ratio. Personnel is very friendly and good breakfast (which you have to choose from the menu a day prior). Didn’t use the pool on the roof, but it looked decent. Room was a bit moldy though and the AC made a lot of noise.

It is a good hotel. If from the ancient city about 1.5 kilometers away, the room is not quite sound proof, you can hear the sound of dragging a table in the early evening. Breakfast is too little But overall it is considered good.

The hotel entrance is very windy and cool. The bathroom facilities are a bit old. The whole wall outside this room is covered with air conditioners, which is a bit noisy. The front desk is quite nice.

The rooms are inexpensive, have breakfast, clean rooms, cool air conditioning. There is a swimming pool when the birds are quiet some nights. Lovely staff, very caring and attentive. Delicious breakfast

I booked to stay at Nam An Mama Villa for 6 weeks in April and May. I chose this place as the location was near to the ancient town but far enough from the thousands of tourists! It was quiet but only a 10 minute cycle into town or to the beach. Free bikes are available here. The other reason were the rooms. Exactly as described and look in the photos. They were cleaned daily by the lovely housekeepers. I had the room on the top floor next to the roof top pool. Which by the way was incredible. Perfect for a morning swim. Hardly anyone used it during my stay, so it was like having my own private pool. Breakfast was a plus. Buffet selection with a cooked meal of your choice. But I must say the main reason that I enjoyed my 6 week stay was Muio and Lisa who work on reception. They were so lovely, professionally, friendly and helpful. Always happy to help, nothing was too much trouble. A real credit to this place. If you are in Hoi An and want a relaxing place to stay near to the ancient town and beach but away from all the noise/fuss, I highly recommend An Mama Villa. The hotel is very nice , large rooms and a large bathroom, the ground floor offers a cute veranda with a sitting area to enjoy your coffee . The lady who runs the hotel is very helpful, ask her to prepare for you the cold coffee , it's was delicious...

"Absolutely Amazing Hotel with a Dash of Adventure!" I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff was exceptional, especially Muoi, who treated me like family. Despite some lousy weather during 8 of my 11 days, they made sure I had plenty of activity options to enjoy Hoi An. The hotel's decor is stunning with its captivating boho industrial look, and the bed and pillows felt like a dream. It's clean, beautiful, convenient, and the breakfast was fantastic. The complimentary bicycles were a great addition, providing a wonderful way to explore the town or take a quick ride when you didn't want to walk. Overall, a fantastic place to stay in Hoi An!
