This hotel is a gem in Shaxi Town and should not be missed. We are happy to have had the opportunity to stay for 1 night, and only wished we had more days in Shaxi. The hotel is in a beautifully restored ancestral home, with rooms that are modern and beautifully appointed with a lot of thoughtful amenities provided. Breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious. The hotel staff from the ladies at the front desk to housekeeping were really friendly and helpful. They gave us recommendations on what to see and where to eat in Shaxi. We appreciated the extra touches such as having warm milk brought to our rooms as a nightcap. Special thanks to Yan Yan who took care of us on our last day and was also our teacher in the Jia Ma wood printing experience. We had a great time during the experience and left Shaxi with a special souvenir.

The location of the B&B is invincible. There is a lovely alley leading to the Ancient Theater Square, but few tourists visit here. It is located in the center of the ancient town but is very quiet and private. The courtyard is beautiful, even better than the photos on Ctrip. Every time I walk through the green wisteria and enter the door, I feel happy and feel like I am living in a Feng Shui treasure land. The room layout is reasonable, the supplies are high-end, and every aspect is considered for the guests. There is a makeup mirror on the table, and even a headband is prepared in front of the mirror, which is very thoughtful. My favorite is the balcony, where you can see the mountains of Shaxi from a distance, the koi in the pond, and the layers of ancient town eaves. There are cats coming and going. Sitting on this balcony all day in the sun and daze is worth the trip to Shaxi. The staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. When you are free, you can also drink tea and chat with the boss and a few friends in the tea room. The atmosphere is very warm. The boss is very nice and cares about the guest experience. Because it is the off-season, he helped us upgrade the room. One night, other guests were drunk and talking loudly in the yard, and the situation was handled promptly and decisively. The B&B cannot control the guests' alcohol consumption, but the owner's handling attitude can reduce this uncontrollable factor to a lower level. Luli Mountain House is great! Generally, I don't comment. I can't help it this time. I used to worry about the poor health of the homestay, but it doesn't exist here and it is very clean. You can nest anywhere you want to nest for a day. It’s too comfortable. The design of the homestay is superb. The room layout is also very exquisite. There are only three rooms in total. They are all superb. It can be said that there are scenery everywhere. The boss is super nice! I originally decided to come to Shaxi temporarily. I have to come often in the future, hahaha

Shaxi is really my spiritual home in Yunnan, and I will definitely come again. This time, because I missed the beauty of Shaxi, I temporarily adjusted the itinerary from two nights to four nights. I would like to praise Fansu for a few points: 1. Although the B&B is a little far from the ancient town, don't worry, the boss will pick you up and drop you off, and it will be quieter here, anyway, it is very comfortable to sleep. 2. Every morning, the boss will personally cook rice noodles and other breakfasts, which are very delicious. There are also some treasure shops in the ancient town. I recommend everyone to go to see the morning fog after breakfast. 3. The boss is a local, very warm and generous, and he changed his career and started from scratch to learn how to operate a B&B. It's amazing! 4. I stayed in 3 rooms in total, and the supporting facilities are better than many chain hotels. It's very thoughtful and experienced

It is no exaggeration to say that Banxi Mingyue is the most surprising, comfortable and touching accommodation experience I have had this year. I stayed in 1007 with a courtyard downstairs and 2007 upstairs. Different experiences, but the same warmth. Service: It happened to be my birthday on the day of check-in. Even though the guy and the girl were very busy, they still thoughtfully decorated and decorated the happy birthday with roses, and upgraded the room. I was very touched. The daily fruits, breakfast, garden afternoon tea, Jiama intangible cultural heritage experience and good night sweet soup were all very attentive, and the service was quite thoughtful. It is less than 10 minutes walk from Yujin Bridge where you can take pictures of the morning fog, which is very convenient. The overall quietness is in the midst of noise. In Shaxi, where the temperature difference between day and night is very large, it feels as warm as home when you check in; the hardware and soft furnishings are very exquisite and tasteful, but not losing temperature. The quilt is also super warm, and the bed is very soft and comfortable~ Design: From a certain perspective, I think the tone of Banxi Mingyue is very consistent with the temperament of Shaxi Ancient Town. The rustic decoration style is simple but not simple, with a low-key luxury texture. While incorporating modern design, some beams or pillars of the previous house can be retained, making the design not cold but rather precipitated. The overall space also makes the best use of light, which is very detailed. Environment: The lobby has both reception functions and kitchen and dining functions. With tasteful BGM and some fresh flowers, it is very comfortable. Passing through the lobby is the accommodation part. The overall concept is a bit like a quadrangle. It is surrounded by four sides and has more than a dozen rooms on the upper and lower floors. The lighting is great, and the styles are different. I have stayed in many hotels/B&Bs during my travels over the years. Whether they are in line with expectations or higher than expectations, I rarely comment on them. This time I stayed in my dream B&B in Changle Village, Shaxi Ancient Town. If this B&B were mine, I would most likely wake up laughing from my dream. When I was approaching the door of the B&B, I saw the landlady coming to greet me from a distance. As soon as I arrived at the door, I was really surprised. Before I came, I thought I would not be disappointed, but it exceeded my expectations! Everything grows on my aesthetics. Public area: The area is very impressive. The reception area, dining area, library and reading room, and coffee area (downstairs and downstairs) each have their own beautiful scenery. Room: Creamy wabi-sabi style, everything from tables and chairs to bathroom bedding and even the room’s own independent balcony fully reflect the taste and intentions of the landlady. As a detail-oriented + perfectionist, it has been many years since I met someone whose decoration taste can amaze me. Each of the 12 rooms has its own characteristics and can fully meet the needs of all types of people. It depends on whether you can get it, especially during the peak season. Don’t have the opportunity to explore every suite. I’m afraid you will only have one idea in your mind after exploring, stay in all 12 suites before leaving!
