Homestays in Great Yarmouth District

A very warm welcome from Mike who manages the establishment. Our room was called Treasure of the Broads. It was beautifully decorated, a huge modern bathroom with rain shower over the top of it. We had a meal in the evening and although we hadn’t booked prior to arrival and they were fully booked Mike had no issue with finding us a table with a great view of the Broads. We would definitely return again in the future. The atmosphere of the pub is relaxed but very professional. Credit to the Chef. A wedding was taking place on the day we arrived but this didn’t cause us any noise related issues and we enjoyed watching from afar! All staff and Mike couldn’t do enough for us and we were offered a late departure which we kindly accepted. A shame we couldn’t have stayed longer but a good excuse to return! Convenient check-in: It's easy to find. After coming out of Great Yarmouth Station, follow the navigation and walk for about 20 minutes. Or call the taxi company to make an appointment for a taxi, which can be reached in a few minutes. Safety: It is similar to a homestay, single room, security can be. Facilities: The facilities are relatively complete, and the amount of hot water from the water heater is not large enough, but enough. The bed is a bit small. Hygiene: Hygiene is very clean. Service: The boss service is very good. This is a homestay, and the hotel is a different style of feeling, the experience is still different.

The staff/owners are very friendly people, who also gave me advice on a good chippy. The room was clean and so was the bathroom, with a very nice easy to use shower also. The hotel has a nice family and community orientated atmosphere which suits Great Yarmouth very well. I would recommend staying here as it's also situated right near the seafront itself and roughly a 5 minute walk to the pier north pier.
