The Tropical Master suite is elegantly decorated with a pineapple theme which means Welcome in the islands. The Tropical Master suite comes with its own private bathroom. We are on 4 beautiful, relaxing acres with plenty of quiet country ambiance. A continental breakfast is included. Please clean up any mess you make. Government tax - 6 % of Rental Amount We are situated in a rural area of Homosassa, Florida. We are very close to many wonderful things to do like, shopping, restaurants, Manatee tours, Kayaking, fishing, Scalloping, and the Wild Life Park. We want to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible. In addition to the Tropical Master Suite guests have access to the living room just outside the room. Guests also have access to a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, skillet and kettle. Just outside there is a lovely sitting area on a nicely decorated covered deck where you can enjoy the country ambience. We have fast WIFI and each room is equipped with a Roku. Although we love interacting with our guests, we are considerate of any guest who desires privacy. We are always available, either text or call. We are 2.6 miles from Walmart, and gas stations . We are close to many restaurants. The Homosassa wildlife park is also within 5 miles away. We are close to swimming with the manatees, scalloping, fishing kayaking, and many more fun things to do! We do not have an oven or stove top. What we do have is a microwave and a toaster oven for your convenience. Silverware, plates, and cups are provided. We provide a continental breakfast. The Breakfast provided is for breakfast only, including the juice and coffee. So sorry, no pets allowed. We strive to keep our Rental license number: N/A

This is a stand alone cottage. It is smartly decorated with a southwest theme. We are located on 4 relaxing beautiful acres with horses and plenty of quiet country ambiance. A continental breakfast is included. The cottage that you will be staying in is detached from the main house (located about 100 ft from the main house). We follow the Cdcs sanitation recommendations and clean and disinfect your room with hospital grade disinfectant. We have 3 other separate listings on the same property: The Tropical master suite, Scallop Room and the Manatee room located The cottage has its own private bath with its own 30 gal hot water heater. The cottage is located inside a fenced yard. This fenced yard where the cottage is located. It is very secluded, private, and quiet with 15 ft tall hedges. We also have a nice sitting area outside with a swing facing the garden and horse pasture area. Please, if you have any complaints, comments, or suggestions, do not hesitate to let us know. In consideration for future guests, we have a no-pet policy (we occasionally host guests with respiratory sensitivities). Our guests love interacting with our horses (our two geldings love meeting new people and especially those with carrots). We are always available. We will do our best to help in any way to make your visit to our area as enjoyable as possible. We do enjoy socializing with our guests but if you prefer privacy, just ask, we won't be offended. We are 2.6 miles from Walmart with a Circle-k gas station right on the corner. There are a variety of restaurants close by as well as many things to do while you are in the area. You can walk the Peace Path around the property which consists of 5 acres behind a private gate. No one can get in without a code which provides safety and privacy. The white linens are always fresh and allergy free. this Cabin has a huge balcony to see and enjoy the views of nature. Glamping? You have hot water, a huge shower in the cabin and a kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave. No range or oven.*No Pets Allowed*Guest access!!!!You can enjoy the entire 5 acres. There is a peace you can feel as you walk through the Palms. Relax on the deck and overlook the natural beauty that surrounds us. Absolutely No pets (which includes emotional support animals) or children under 12. The trees are dangerous to touch so just adore their beauty from a distance. We have a free library by the waterfall we invite you to grab a book and relax while listening to the waterfall. Enter the resort through a privacy gate and there are only 2 more cabins.
