Everything was great. The rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast in the morning was great. Definitely recommend this establishment for a great stay!

Nice and clean. The only problem was the back door entrance and the unlocking with the key. Wouldn’t work or was on a delay and didn’t signal when it unlocked. Not fun when trying to get bags and luggage in.

Booked a sea view room, the room is very big, the bed is big and comfortable, and the room view is very beautiful😻 The hotel has a shuttle bus to and from the town and the hotel every day, which is very convenient. The hotel breakfast is relatively simple but delicious 😋

酒店床墊很舒服，是serta為酒店定製的。步行就可以到target超市買東西。推薦去附近排名第一的Shiver's BBQ試試。給有一個附近墨西哥裔聚集區的餐廳也很不錯名字叫La Cruzada 我們每天玩回來都很晚所以都是to go回酒店吃。

去Key West島方便，距離看鱷魚的國家公園也近。位置好，旁邊是Target，和一些吃飯的地方。總體不錯。

這家酒店的好處就是性價比相對較高，房間大，關鍵是周圍就有很多超市。

很滿意的酒店，全新裝修，服務也很好，是本次長途旅行住的最舒服的酒店，價格也nice！

The concierge was an excellent source of information for us for our dining needs for the night. We almost didn’t choose a particular place due to low scores but she was shocked to hear it and said she frequented there often. We decided to go and it was an excellent choice. She also helped with an extra blanket. All with a smile! Room was clean and comfortable as well.

Nothing especial in the hotel , slow internet, no parking was at night I have to park far, pillow not comfortable, shower was out of shampoo liquid, refrigerator wasn’t cooling well, breakfast was over $15 for each person, small candy at hotel for the price over $3, for what I paid I could find better hotel for the next time visit

The beds were comfortable. Rooms a bit worn but not bad. Carpet could use cleaning. Unfortunately the diverted on the tub/shower wouldn't go all the way up so only got half the water for your shower. Plumbing was super slow. Lots of usb/electrical outlets. Thought the description said bar but no bar. Pleasant staff. Plenty of counter space in the bathroom

Great area. Around many shops and restaurants. Perfect spot for the night before heading to the keys.

Stay all good, but very surprised we would have had to pay for breakfast, most places we stay provide free?

Fantastic hotel! Clean, comfy, huge tooms and friendly staff. I really appreciated being asked what floor I would like to be on. Lots of dining a 5 minute walk away. Everglades - both main entrance and Shark Valley were an easy drive without going on the turnpike. Redlands golf club easy 15 minute drive. Great location!

Unfortunately assigned an accessible room which we did not request. This meant the bathroom floor was slippery which could have resulted in injury for me or my wife. Found the provided coffee supplies were meagre and only allowed for one cup each. Bath towels limited to just one each which we had to lay on the floor of the bathroom to provide for a stable surface. Otherwise the stay was sufficient for needs.
