Accueil au top, personnel toujours à l'écoute du client. Les trois restos sont très bons: - le bistro "La Boucane" - le restaurant "Le Vieux Honfleur" - le restaurant "Les Impressionnistes" --＞ excellent. La qualité de soins est très bonne.

L’établissement propose une ambiance détendue et reposante. C’est un bon point de départ pour visiter Trouville, Deauville, Cabourg, Honfleur et la Terre d’Auge. Les points positifs : - Honfleur peut être rejoint à pied - Le PDJ, réellement excellent, très complet et varié, vraiment bien présenté et frais - Le bistrot La Boucane est de très bon niveau. Les bémols : - Lors de notre séjour, l’espace aquatique et la ferme de bien-être étaient fermés. - Notre chambre était sous les combles, il fallait se plier pour atteindre le lit et la salle de bains était vraiment exiguë. Le lieu a beaucoup de charme et le personnel est dans son ensemble attentif et réactif.

Lieu magnifique, accueil très agréable , personnel attentif, souriant et courtois. La chambre est très confortable et aménagée avec soin et gout. La cuisine (diner) est délicieuse, et le buffet du petit déjeuner un régal ! Nous prévoyons déjà de revenir !

La vue de la chambre 19 est magnifique même sous la pluie de décembre, le personnel aux petits soins, merci pour cette parenthèse enchantée. Excellent diner au bistrot La Boucane, on se retrouve dans l'ambiance d'une vieille auberge, que Monsieur Claude Monet a immortalisé.

The staff at this hotel were excellent . The rooms were lovely and nicely furnished. Slight moan about the pillows which were solid.
My only other complaint is the charge of 42 euros for the breakfast which I think is obscene. On offer as well as a continental breakfast was scrambled egg ,bacon and sausage. I’m sure if we had asked then more choice might have been available from the kitchen but was certainly not on view and nor was it offered.
This would certainly not stop me staying in future but I would probably go elsewhere for breakfast.

L’hôtel a beaucoup de charme, on observe tout de suite la qualité de service d’un Relais et Châteaux. Tout le personnel a été très accueillant, aux petits soins avec nous, et ce dès notre arrivée. Ils ont, aussi, été très gentils avec notre chien qui a été parfaitement reçu. Quant au bistro La Boucane, tout bonnement exceptionnel. Une ambiance chaleureuse et intimiste avec une qualité culinaire incroyable. Je recommande très vivement cet établissement 🤩🤩🤩
