I travelled in Normandy in the first part of June just as the hotels had started to open as confinement was ending but still some restaurants closed. I didn't book accommodation too far in advance as I wanted to see where my travels took me. I was lucky to stay at Jane'Laur for 2 nights. Sandrine greeted me on arrival. She was friendly and welcoming. There was that very enticing smell of home cooking. The house is a characterful and very tastefully decorated near the centre of Honfleur, with a lovely garden where, weather permitting breakfast is served. And on my plate for breakfast, amongst other delights, was served the home cooking of the previous afternoon, a wonderful tarte aux oignons. The breakfast and setting was the culinary highlight of my trip and there were many good ones. I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else on a return trip to Honfleur but I'd definitely book well in advance as I think I got lucky first time.

Magnifique Maison du XIXe siècle, accueil formidable, chambre spacieuse très propre, très belle salle de bain, petit déjeuner copieux et très bon, je recommande vivement cette adresse Et je remercie le personnel pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité

Dimora di charme vicinissima al centro di Honfleur, in una via molto tranquilla. Bellissime le stanze e il giardino, molto pulito, colazione superlativa con piccole sorprese cucinate al momento, dolci e salate. Le persone che gestiscono la struttura sono molto gentili e premurose.

A very warm welcome. Extremely clean and stylish house with immaculate garden. Bedroom and bathroom very well equipped. Very close to the beautiful Honfleur. Delicious home made breakfast. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
