I booked this hotel for a one-day layover in Hong Kong. It's super convenient if you're traveling with luggage and using the West Kowloon High-Speed Rail Station. The bus stop is right outside, and it's just two stops on the minibus to West Kowloon. However, if you plan on using the MTR extensively for getting around Hong Kong, I wouldn't recommend it, as it's a 5-10 minute walk to the nearest subway station.
Facilities: There's a 7-Eleven, a Fairwood, and a cha chaan teng (Hong Kong-style cafe) right outside. Tsim Sha Tsui is only a 6-minute walk away. If you're someone who's used to walking, I highly recommend this hotel. I forgot to take photos, so here's one of Fairwood.

Great location, and the room was quite spacious and very clean. No deposit required, which is a huge plus! If you don't want to exchange HKD, they even have universal plug adapters in the room, so no need to buy your own. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful; they can even accept food deliveries for you and offer free luggage storage.

After arriving at Kowloon Station via the Airport Express, I walked through West Kowloon Station to Austin MTR Station. Exiting from Gate F, I found the hotel immediately. The entire walk was indoors. The hotel is conveniently located near both Austin and Jordan stations, making it easy to get to Harbour City and Victoria Harbour. When I was researching hotels, I chose this one mainly because of reviews praising its cleanliness, and it definitely lived up to expectations. It was also quiet and had great service. From my room window, I could see a corner of Victoria Harbour. I happened to stay during Typhoon Hinnamnor, and it was quite comfortable to be in the hotel. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Hong Kong.

I've stayed here many times, and I'm always very satisfied. The location is great, the front desk staff speak fluent Mandarin, and the service is excellent. Although the policy states that disposable toiletries are not provided, you can pick them up at the front desk upon check-in. It's incredibly good value for money! Highly recommended!
