Courtyard By Marriott Hotels in Hong Kong

Our stay at Courtyard by Marriott Hong Kong Sha Tin was absolutely fantastic! The entire process, from check-in to check-out, was incredibly smooth. Every staff member at the hotel was exceptionally friendly and professional, always greeting us with a smile, which made us feel truly at home. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the environment was quiet. The housekeeping service daily was meticulous, ensuring we had a good rest. The hotel's location is convenient, close to the MTR and a shopping mall, making transportation and dining very easy. What I'd like to praise most is the hotel team's spirit of service. Every time we encountered them, they would proactively greet us and were always happy to assist with our needs, making our trip to Hong Kong even more pleasant and memorable. Many thanks to all the hotel staff for their dedicated efforts; your professionalism and enthusiasm deserve a five-star rating! Next time we visit Hong Kong, we will definitely choose to stay here again and will recommend it to our friends and family.

The service was excellent and very warm; they responded quickly to our needs. I left my headphones in a taxi, and after they were delivered to the hotel, a staff member brought them directly to my room. We arrived very late on the first night, and the room was a bit noisy as it was close to the road. After we reported this the next day, they immediately moved us to a quiet room. Both the front desk and the floor staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was also very generous and a better deal than eating out at a restaurant. It's not far from the University of Hong Kong, within walking distance. Right across the road from the hotel, you can catch the A10 and A12 double-decker buses to the airport.
