Room is old, some of furniture is damage, suggest owner refurbished..anyway location is strategic

Just ok.

Good value for money. Quilt was dirty but the toiletries were high quality.

I only stayed one night in Fu Lai villa, but it was comfortable and convenient. I had a great night sleep - even though it was busy in the street, my room was quiet. Good strong shower. Had nice contact with the owner over wechat, she was helpful and friendly. Only downside was that I couldn't find the wifi password after I arrived (turned out later I should've received it over wechat, the owner apologized, so just bad luck on my part) and for my taste it could've been a little bit cleaner. Would happily come again though, mostly for the quiet, great location and very good price for Hongkong!

Just downstairs in Tsim Sha Tsui is Jia Jia Dessert (people line up at the Internet celebrity dessert shop until early in the morning) and more than 200 meters away is Temple Street.
