實話實説，開始都覺得不錯，花錢升了房型，交了大概2000左右現金按金，因為現在大部分酒店已經不進行退房這一步了，自己帶孩子比較着急，走的時候忘記了退房，已經打車到迪士尼後跟酒店溝通，説現金的按金必須到現場退，什麼年代了，申請網上退款不可以嗎？不行告訴我説現金按金必須現金退，來回剛打車500多我又回去的。酒店美其名曰半年後來可以退，我説我半年內去不了，告訴我如果不去半年以後再打電話來問吧。我真是頂級五星級酒店嗎？將近5000一晚的房間，退個按金就是要這樣的嗎？必須讓客人現場退嗎？給我説沒按金條沒事，就是必須現場退，搞笑！真的差評超級差評！如果入住的時候你告訴我先進的按金必須現場退我可以給你刷卡，入住時並未有任何告知！

這個價格的房間比較小  去的時候空調壞了   體重秤也是壞的

服務特別周到，餐廳的食物很新鮮

I stayed in a Victoria Harbor view room to check in for my significant other’s birthday. I deliberately chose a higher-priced room type just for taking photos. Unfortunately, the weather was not good at noon, it was cloudy and rainy, which was really unfortunate. The weather turned better in the evening, and I could see the Victoria Harbor clearly after the rain. However, the window of the room I was assigned to stay in became hazy due to the fog, which was really disappointing. After reporting it to the front desk, we were quickly arranged to transfer the room. Ernest, the front desk manager, received us politely, which is commendable. I moved to a larger room type, but the location was relatively remote and the view of Victoria Harbor was greatly reduced. However, because the view from the original room was too hazy, I chose to change rooms. However, during the transfer process, another employee was assisting, but unfortunately he carelessly crushed the valuable birthday flower balloons, which was really disappointing and disappointing. Because it was already late at the time, and I hoped to gain time to check in and take photos, I did not pursue the matter further. Overall, the hotel has a superior environment with a fresh and clean environment. If the weather is good, the view of Victoria Harbor will definitely be a plus. If it fits the budget, it is worth staying.
